What a shame that the restaurant is so terribly, terribly filthy. The food was good, and our order was exact, but if a health inspector walked into this place, it would be immediately shut down. If someone from corporate were to make a surprise visit, they would be appalled. I wasn't able to get photos of the mounds of food and garbage on the floor under every table and behind the line, but I encourage the franchise owners to hurry over and see just how nasty their investment is. I don't often call places out for being negligent, but this is grossly so. The employees were nice, but completely unphased and unmotivated to improve a health hazardous atmosphere. The food was great. Waited on my bacon too long but that’s fine. The server was aloof. She didn’t care whether there were customers there or not. Slowly cleaning tables. Leaving tables intentionally dirty, causing customers to walk out. The conversation was loud and unintelligible. There was one guy out of 20, that was getting smiled at, and waited on hand and foot. 10 a.m. Saturday morning. Full service and partially full house. 30-45 min wait. Food was decent, could have had a little more love to it . Overall experience was ok. A couple of waitresses you could tell didn't want to be there. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

We felt our waitress was in a hurry and they were only two more tables occupied in there. She never asked if we needed anything. And all the staff were carrying on loudly with each other. This restaurant was awesome! The wonderful food was made better by the friendly staff. The conversation and communication between customers staff let me know its a “local favorite “. This is a new “must stop” place for me. 10 stars

4 employees were behind the register with less than 10 customers that had already been served. We seated ourselves as the sign said, sat at our booth for 15 minutes, watched the table right beside us get checked on twice, and never once were we asked if we would like to order. 10/10 do not recommend.

I had the great misfortune of visiting this waffle house, not only did I over hear the employees belittling what I assumed was another waffle house worker online with their phones, the place was just less than something to be desired. Poor service, subpar food with little care. No warm welcome - nothing. You're better of bypassing this place altogether as I will be contacting corporate. Just go to McDonalds.
