Every time I have dined here the eats were scrumptious, the staff I find usually delightful, and atmosphere well there was no dancing or singing also no one says "HI WELCOME TO WAFFLE HOUSE!" Thank goodness. Left a $20 tip because he deserved it, that's not usual for me, but good service is good service. The food feels and tastes like comfort food, that's a hard find these days. First of all we were a party of 7 could not sit together we had to use 3 different tables. Second of all no one welcomed us and didn’t get started till like 5 minutes in. Waitress could not keep up with our food plus any other tables. We did not get all our food together. My sisters sausages came after she ate her food plus our waffles. They wanted to give her a burned waffle so I think that’s why they took long. Food was good but over priced should have gone to dennys or I hop. Thought they served chicken and waffles but guess they took off menu??? We heard one of the guy waiter apologize to his customers but our waitress never apologized for the inconvenience. 100$ for 7 breakfast meals is outrageous especially if waitress was late to bring the rest of the order. Horrible service never again!!!

It's a waffle house, but one of the cleanest, freshest eagle houses I have ever been in. We went in the middle of the night after an ER visit, and they were literally scrubbing down booths with a scrub brush and hot, soapy water. I was very exited because they have several locations but this place was a really let down. When you go in you have to sit down until somebody makes eye contact with you not to mention that nobody does so it was our first time here didn't know what to do. After waiting a long time I tried sitting down and a waitress that was cleaning the table told me to go back and wait. I was then seated where I was trying to sit at first. They have basic drinks like coffee, orange juice and soda that by the way their soda machine was not working. When I finally received my food I was missing sausages the couple that came in after me received my order and I had to wait. The meat that I received looked like they scrape it from the pan and that's what was served. When using there restroom the toilet was a mess looked like a man had gone in there and splash all over but when cleaning it and sitting down there was a leak hitting my behind on the roof😳 it was disgusting. Prices were decent but there's not alot to choose from. Sorry but not coming back

This is the first time I've been to The Waffle House, and we were not happy with the food quality. My scattered hashbrowns were on my husband's plate, his over-medium eggs were overcooked, and our bacon was burnt. And to make matters worse, the food was cold. The service was very slow. Hope the next time we visit, everything is better. But for now this is my rating. First time ever visiting a waffle house and I can say amazing cook, and customer service, food tasted incredible, Ryan aka pork chop did phenomenal and I won't ever forget this experience, tasted way better and fresh than what I'm used to at places like Dennys or IHOP, this is my first time at a waffle house honestly I'm impressed and can say excellent experience and won't be my last visit, to a waffle house, I just hope other locations share the same level of service and amazing cook as Ryan, thank you. Perfect 10/10

Cozy little place with that classic small time diner atmosphere. I ordered a breakfast hashbrown bowl and a waffle with an iced tea. The food was prepared fast, like five minutes fast! And the server was friendly. The food was delicious and cost me about $16.50. I wish it were a little cheaper, but not bad, considering the proportions you get. I will return to this spot again.
