It was a good experience for us (group of 5). However, it would be great for one of the staff (we think she's kasar/tomboyish) to have better hospitality skills. She did not even smile and act like we're disgusting. But apart from that, it was amazing.

Everything was good and the price is affordable especially for student, but i dont know how to connect the monitor with the tv so we just sing through the monitor the whole time hehe , it would be nice if it has some tutorial/manual to use all the tool especially for the firstimer

The price was quite expensive. The room temperature a bit high making it not condusive enough. The song library is good its just that having problem with the UI to search for songs.

Was in KT for a short trip. Didn't know where else to go to kill time and we decided to come here for a one hour karaoke sesh. Good: -Sound not very bad. -Mic works fine. -Room cool and reasonably clean. -Price cheap. We went around 1030pm on Saturday, price was rm22 for one room(4pax). -Plenty of parking nearby. Bad: -Sound proofing is out of the window, your voice can be heard from miles away. - Song library is okay - Song library a little bit hard to navigate. - Top of the mic a little bit smelly. Noticed the staff did not sanitize/wipe the mic after. Would've been better if a mic cover is provided.

Wireless mics for medium-t rooms upstairs and above and wired for other rooms downstairs. Sound system is OK, but far better compared to other karaoke places in Terengganu. However, the rooms r not properly sound-insulated.
