Wonderful Italian fare with fresh ingredients. This restaurant is located within Ad Astra by Elite hotel. Recommend reservations if visiting on weekends especially Saturdays.

Minimalist serving of fresh tuna, sea bass & thinly sliced salmon served with lemon emulsion & bergamot.
The salmon was the best tasting though ordinary like what you would find on a sashimi plate. The sea bass was the most dry of the three and did not have much taste.

Good starter of finely sliced beef that was flavourful when eaten with aged Wrångebäck cheese, grilled arugula
aioli, green apple, bread crisp, olive oil
and balsamico vinegar. The sweet, crunchy green apples added a nice bite.

This dish was larger than expected. The thick tomato sauce with highlights of basil & lemon accompanied by fat strands of linguine pasta with small pieces of lobster claws and sweet gamberetti. I opted not to have any vongole or mussels.
The pasta was aldente but could have been a little softer but otherwise great preparation, generous, fresh ingredients and a hearty meal.

The beef is succulent and rich in flavor and paired so nicely with a squeeze of lemon & browned butter. The truffle dip was hardly needed.
The summer vegetable salad plated with the beef was a garden of freshness and very enjoyable.
The parmesan french fries was ok when warm and crunchy but not so nice after it cooled and soft.
DESSERTS-

Soft, cold lavender flavoured Pannacotta topped with raspberries preserve. Very delicious.

We tried the breakfast here on New Year’s Day, it was pretty full but still ok crowded.
You get to order one warm dish and then pick and choose from a smaller buffet. The quality is fair, but not great, the warm dish was a bit cold still. For the price I would expect more.

Just had dinner with 7 grandkids with some of their parents. Considering they were hungry the evening went well, especially the diet of (Fantastic) pizzas and great ice cream. What's not to like. Although we were a pretty big group, our waitress Kashmir kept on top of it all. Both my grandkids and myself would be happy to eat here again.

I highly recommend Vivace for an authentic Italian pizza experience. I was delighted by the warm and friendly staff, particularly Kashmir and Amir. Their genuine hospitality added an extra touch to our dining experience. The pizza was authentically delicious. A must-visit for both warm hospitality and genuine Italian flavors.

The food is excellent (pizzas, hamburgers, risotto, all great!), however I've never met such a rude staff considering they're trying to create a premium atmosphere there (McDs teenage staff are more polite!). If it was a cheap place I wouldn't complain, but it's not cheap, so the least you could expect is that the staff would apologise when there's been a mistake.

The best pizza I've had in Södertälje, and one of the best in Sweden actually. The dough was really good, and while the salami wasn't particularly spicy there was a generous helping of nduja that fixed it

Betyget blev tre, efter ett besök på en hotellrestaurangen Vivace med medelhavs ambitioner. Jag åt en Pasta Frutti di Mare. Pastan var tyvärr inte al dente utan snarare på gränsen till överkokt. Råvarorna verkade vara av fin kvalitet, men smakade tyvärr inte mycket. Det är tråkigt när man inte lyckas ta hand om fina råvaror på rätt sätt.

Hovmästare suckade mot oss i dörren. Det var tydligen fullt, ja men vi har bokat bord 12.30. Riktigt otrevlig kärring. Usch. Väntar 1tim och 15 min på maten, sen kommer fel mat flera gånger, vad hade ni beställt frågade dom flera gånger. 0 koll. Servicen var katastrof. Men värst var att man fick känslan av att man inte var välkommen. Man suckar inte åt kunder och frågar om man kan komma en annan dag. Nej vi bor långt bort. Och skulle aldrig komma tillbaka. Aaldrig mer. Maten var totalt smaklös. Besviken och förbannad när man gick. Hur kan man vara så oförskämd mot kunder.

Fina lokaler. Kunde vara hur bra som helst men tyvärr var serveringspersonal och hovmästare väldigt trötta i kväll. Ser inte gästen. Här kände jag mig inte välkommen. Vi fick vänta för länge på vårt förbokade bord. Fördrinken serveras efter att förrätten kommit in. Vinet som vi beställt till maten kommer in långt senare än mat… osv
