Everything in this restaurant is complicated, the entrance is super dangerous, I don't feel safe, it's very dirty, the staff don't speak English.. they're all Arabs.. They brought me 4 different bills and they said it was a problem with the system.. reasonable food, and there's no drink with alcohol nor wines in this place

Lovely place with great views and atmosphere. The staff are friendly and fast, always smiling and very polite. We even asked for a certain kind of bread that wasn't on the menu and they bring it to us. The food was so so good and tasty. There is a parking for the car in the same building, you pay by the hour. The nargila was fresh and very good. You can reach on the restaurant floor using the elevators. There is a handicap accessible entrance. I highly recommend this place.
