Been going to Vida since it started in natal. Preller was great in beginning. But now i question if i want to support. Never toasties when you want. Service is not at the level considering the choices around. No music or vibe when u enter. Recommend Management test what they think is working. I love Vida E caffè and have been a loyal customer, however, lately the service has been terrible, and the staff members are unprofessional. It is unacceptable for staff members to discuss and make fun of customers. Really hope that management will intervene and fix this. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I absolutely love Vida E! especially this one. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and my coffee's are always spectacular. Have supported this store for ages, but will no longer go there. The last few months the service has got worse every time. Staff are rude and make as if they doing you a favour by serving you. They talk to each instead of greeting. They refused to give the owners/managers details when we complained. Got very arrogant. Disgusting! Will not support them anymore. Usually love coming here, but it is as if the employees are too lazy to make food? I was litterally shamed for ordering a wrap and then they talked loudly about me in a differe language. Really bad experience and i used to love this place.

One of the best Vida e's I've been to. The staff is always friendly, helpful and the vibe is great. Lekker music and they cater for the active by having ice cold water available for self service.

Great food, love them. Just went in at 16:45, for a toast, couldn't be assisted without cash, they have already cashed up and the toaster was already closed and packed away... But the closing time is 17h00...i was a bit confused.
