Good Italian restaurant. Lasagna was the unique and the best. The pizza was soft and tasty. Soup was uniquely tasty. The food is a bit pricey. But otherwise, it was a good experience. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner
Food: pasta was okay. Mood: so draining. The place is very dark and we were falling asleep 🥱 Staff: professional + helpful Chef: he was very kind and visited our table. Price: it’s expensive but considering it’s a hotel, it’s then justified. Overall experience : wouldn’t do it again.
A wonderful Italian dining experience. Great atmosphere, knowledgeable waiter and very tasty food. Prices are on the high side though for a 3 course meal.
The waitstaff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and the eggplant parmesan is the tops. I walked into the restaurant looking for something dolce but left with something utsokt.
Dare to eat Italian! Not those cliché dishes you might think, but dare to try those dishes reflecting our Italian regions. Veritas is a dream returning! But returning in grand style, better than before. It's high end menu indeed, it surprised me to see some Italian ingredients in fact, like the fassona tartare. Fassona is a low fat meat very much used for tartare. This dish with green peas mayo, truffle and onion biscuits is a top antipasto. Husband and I shared the lobster paccheri. It is a dish for 2, it comes with a whole lobster. It is full of flavors, where you feel a touch of fresh sweet lemon and you almost think you are by the coast in Amalfi. But we also loved their little treats at the beginning, the bruschettine with burrata and the sort of mini supplì with crunchy rice and truffle hitting the palate. I loved the crudité with a very delicate bagnacauda inspired sauce, a typical Piedmont sauce made out of anchovies and garlic, but here prepared in a more sophisticated and elegant way and not strong with garlic. I was so full I could not try any of their desserts. There were too many dishes I would have wanted to try, because the menu is super interesting, I will surely next time! I love love love the quality of this place and I can tell there are a few Italians behind to truly reflect our culinary heritage!
