Such a lovely place! Tasty coffee, delicious breakfast (they actually make it as you order, but super fast), calm and artsy atmosphere! Had scrambled eggs. Also, we have returned the next day, had avocado and egg pancake (exceptional!) and pesto pancake. Very atmospheric cafe in Central Liepaja. Barista wasn’t using scales making espresso, so of course it wasn’t drinkable. However on the second try a very decent Burundi was produced, this time with scales (and no crema 😂, well, beans were almost three months old). Nevertheless service was impeccable, and I can totally recommend this cafe. If you are into speciality coffee and are in Liepaja without your espresso equipment, come here but make sure scales are used. And refuse their standard Brazilian coffee, it’s seriously awful

It was a rainy morning and we wanted breakfast. We didn't know we would stumble upon a coffee shop paradise that serves superb pancakes and omelette! We probably spent 3hours there soaking in the vibe. Black coffee and macaroons went perfectly well with our conversations. The room was full of plants! The staff were pleasant and professional! This cafe’s wind blew me in and plopped me onto my comfy throne. I was flabbergasted when my tongue hit contact with the juiciness of the Latvian crepe. It was love at first taste. I was struck out of this world the whole when I was at this cafe. We went to the place where omelets are prepared the longest! We came here for quick Sunday breakfast. After ordering omelets with avocado, we waited for over an hour. Was it worth waiting that long? We visited Vējš Cafe as we always try to find speciality coffee on our way and I am very happy that we have found it! Delicious coffee, both flat white and aeropress, really good savory and sweet pancakes! Very friendly staff :) the only thing that didn't fit my taste best was a vegan cake but it might be just me ;) definitely worth a visit! Good place for breakfast , nice coffee, and delicious pancakes. Wait, time was 30- 40 min in the weekend. If you have spare time, it's worth visiting . Amazing place for breakfast or brunch in Liepaja. The atmosphere is super cozy and the interior design is fantastic, all surrounded with various plants and tiny decorations that make you laugh. The pancakes are truly delicious, but be ready to take several portions as they are not that big. Nonetheless, great value for money! Don’t go here. For a place with 5 tables and 5 people behind a bar it took them more than an hour to get us one portion of fried eggs and pancakes. Two cups of coffee were delivered in slightly more than 30minutes. Staff is super unorganised and clumsy. They use same crepe cooker for eggs and pancakes. They also forgot to add ham to my eggs and what I got after asking was some shredded Soviet sausages. Kind of dog food. Pancakes were soggy. Coffee was watered down, no body and sour.
