Disgusting place. Disgusting treatment. Unsafe and ran by criminals. We were there with a couple of friends who are also immigrants. We've lived in this city for 3 years and never had any problems.
This is a place you get told to go back to your own country.
Having a genetic disease which when too cold I lose the ability to move my hands and as it was around 1 in the morning, with cold beers and the door wide open I kindly requested that the door be shut due to this. The waiter rudely refused, I asked for a complaint book and during my writing I asked for a beer they told me "we don't serve disabled people", my wife tried to order one for herself, to which they also refused. The waiter then punched me in the face whilst writing in the complaints book rendering me disorientated and then they proceeded to punch my wife in the face, rip the book from my hands and they stole both our phones totalling over 2.5 thousand euros. During this ordeal the staff told us to go back to our own countries. We currrently have an ongoing police investigation with them.
If you're an immigrant or anyone with any sort of disability, I would strongly recommend don't go there. In total, I went in fine and left needing CAT scan, ECG, X-rays, blood tests, from the more than 30 injuries from the assault and robbery from the staff and establishment including gastro-intestinal bleeding among other serious head injuries I now may have for the rest of my life. They also have cameras but will most probably not be in your best interest and only in the interest of the crooks who run the place.
