Regular coffee-no frills costs almost $5 and it is very watered down. It shouldn't be that difficult tonhave a decent cup of coffee especially foe a premium price. On the other hand the service is very friendly and the atmosphere is great. There is a hairdresser shop sharing a part of the same store. The coffee is amazing here. Well prepared and well presented. The food options are limited to scones and turnovers but they are delicious. Comfortable seating area has table games if you are not in a hurry. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

What a gem! Cozy ambiance, diverse seating options, cool multi-use space, great coffee & pastry selection, and lovely staff who make great conversation! And they serve their drinks in mugs! Getting harder to find cafes with mugs these days! Service Dine in Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Flagstaff just keeps on growing and on my walk around town, I came across this new place! Which this was here when I was going to school because it would have made for the most perfect spot. Just stopped in for a cup of coffee and it didn’t disappoint! They also have a barbershop and hair salon inside! Right on top there are air bnbs which I hope to stay in during my next visit. If you’re in the area, you gotta stay by and check it out.
I walked in and was told to comeback at a later time. When I did they said the spot was given to someone else. Then I made an appointment a couple weeks out which Val canceled a couple days before. I then made another and Val canceled that one the day of my appointment. Super frustrating experience with Val’s. I’d like to get my hair cut here but it doesn’t feel like it’s possible.
Great place with a lot of character, but lacks food options. I also didn't feel very welcomed by the crowd and the braista looked confused when I asked for my Dragon Tea warm instead of hot and still made it very hot. When I walked in some of the costumers stared at me, grimaced, and walked away from the spot they were in. They stood away from me like I was diseased or something and kept looked back to forth towards me until they left. I take it I don't "fit it", but I stayed anyway. Out of all the places I’ve been to in Flagstaff, this is among my favorites in terms of coffee shops to work in, especially on a nice day when they open the windows up. So much natural light!! So many outlets!! Drinks are decent, but the atmosphere is definitely the selling point for me. The coffee shop is in the front, and the barbershop is in the back. Unique set-up that I personally had never experienced before, but it feels very harmonious. I would 100% come back here.

Not sure what inspired this coffee shop/barbershop hybrid shop. It's got a very hipster uppity vibe. Wood chessboards/games, fur chairs, old timey barber items about, and cloth coffee bean bags as decoration. There's no prices on the menu like its too high value to be shown. Went for a haircut because it's fairly inexpensive, but clearly you get what you pay for. You're in and out within a matter of minutes. He definitely knows how to cut but I'm not too sure about the styling part. Not sure if they have a system because I went back over 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment. The coffee shop just doesn't fit the vibe of barbershop customers, and I definitely got quite a few stares. Sorry I didn't show up with my laptop and ankle length trench coat. The whole thing just seemed disjointed, like the barista barely knew how to talk to barbershop customers. Meal type Other Price per person $30–50 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
Regular coffee and pre-bottled Monin syrup. Only sugar free was vanilla. Somewhere else in town I got an organic latte, with homemade beet milk, and homemade Juniper Rose syrup, rimmed with honey and rose petals.... for LESS MONEY than my matcha latte here which had bottled milk and store bought premixed syrup. FYI one shot of the syrup is almost a days worth of sugar. Nothing healthy, nothing homemade. Over priced. I left VERY DISAPPOINTED and felt as though I really wasted my hard earned money on something I could make way better, tastier, and healthier at home. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

I believe this is new coffee shop for this great area. Super clean and woodwork is impressive. This coffee shop is part of Val’s Workshop. Great tasting quality coffee and friendly staff. Good spot for a quick drink to go or chill and enjoy the ambiance.
