The best Pasties de Natas in Cape Town, consistently too. I’ve had it many times at spier, the 1st time here and it’s just as good if not a little better as the oven they use for heating is just perfect for my preference. Coffee here is great too. There are specials available too which gives us a little more value. They not cheap, but worth every cent spent.

Honestly the best pasteis de natas not only in Stellenbosch but the entire Western Cape, would highly recommend! I also had one of the hot crossed buns, so yum! Lovely location and delicious coffee:) Wanted to also get a sarmie but they were unfortunately sold out at 11am in the morning.

I’ve been a fan of VADAS Pasteis de Nata from the OZCF market, the store in Stellenbosch is so pretty! Also the staff is very nice :)

Just as good as in Portugal!! Didn’t have at the bakery, but at a farmers market in Cape Town. Highly recommend

I cannot recommend this place enough! The coffee is good and the Pasteis de Nata's out of this world. The service is also excellent!

Pasteis De Nata from the Cape Town City Market were incredible, as usual. Friendly staff. Worth taking a trip for their fresh produce and artisnal breads. Only had the box left as proof. The pudding has been devoured!

Without a doubt, THE best pasteis de nata in out there. Friendly staff, excellent service, lekker vibe. The ultimate "pick-me-up" and part of my weekly ritual. I love the tart's attractive packaging; always a hit at business meetings.

What more could you ask for from a coffee shop in the heart of Stellenbosch. Wonderful coffee or even an iced coffee on those hot days paired with the most divine treat! That crisp pastry of the nata and the creamy vanilla custard is something to behold! I have yet to taste a better pasteis, Vadas is the ultimate! Always friendly staff when visiting the shop as well.
