Getting worse,lowered to a X2 star soon to be X1 star rating if uncomfortable forced sales pitching continues. The lower rating is now based on pushy sales by customer service constantly trying aggressively to sale there yuck,rubbery danishes and other food in there cabinets that I'm not interested in,every single visit. It's dropped to a o.k bakery,chicken and camembert pies are good,the Mrs likes there Vegetarian quiche over alot of other bakeries and also there deep fried dim sums.Since the new management took over,the place has taken a real dive in flavour and quality, it's just not the same. Very disappointed i brought several hot items this morning around 6 30am To find them all very cold inside when going to eat them. Very pushy trying to get you to buy more items then you wanted. Also i asked for a sausage roll and got sold a large one instead with out knowing till i had payed for it. Witch was $2.50 more then the one i wanted. Its,a,bit disappointing

Ham sandwich was DISGUSTING! Bread was hard and mayo was warm. tasted like it had been made 2-3 days days prior. Guy behind the counter was a lifeless voiceless puppet. Real disappointment Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
