Best burgers we've ever had!! Easily one of the highlights of our trip to Hakuba. A must try if you're looking for somewhere to eat. Un-freaking-believable. Good place for a burger after skiing in Happo one. This place opens all day and closes around 9pm. The restaurant Unjaune cheese burger is a good classic to have. Beware the bun size is huge…, almost the size of my hand…. The bun is definitely brioche but it feels more like the shell of a banhmi rather than a normal burger bun. I guess this is as good as it gets here in happo one. Good thing is that you can walk here from the Shirakaba gondola if you want, 400ms.and there is also ample parking across the street! This place is awesome - out of 5 days in Madarao we ate here 4 times for dinner. Amazing burgers with the freshest ingredients & the best sauces you must try. Fantastic service, hosts Carl & Brittney & staff were amazing. Thoroughly enjoyed the fun atmosphere with our family. Water gun sake shots were the best! Only wish we could take them home with us! Amazing. Burgers are absolutely delicious. We came here a few times during our stay and we’re very impressed. Everything is thought of down to the fine details. The burger buns are perfect, the beef is medium rare, even the chu hi’s are great. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

Warm and cozy place with huge (gigantic?) burgers! Come with an empty appetite and you’ll be rewarded with a fat, juicy burger with thick stack of crispy greens, delicious and juicy patty sandwiched between two soft and fluffy buns. The sauce was subtle, perfectly done and never overpowering the patty. Truth be told, one of their burgers (even the basic, signature burg) can easily feed two pax. One of the best burgers I’ve had! Masterfully executed! To top it off, the service was top notch. The wait staff were welcoming and very friendly. A must visit if you’re in the area! Too bad they didn’t have the pulled pork on the day we visited, that must have been something as well! Great Burgers! The Burger almost the same size as my face but it was a very good burger; especially after a day of snowboarding. Price is quite reasonable especially with the size of the burger. Group of us (5 pax) came for dinner and shared 1 x order of wedges and the alcoholic drinks weren't expensive too. If wanting to have a good dinner, I would highly recommend to go to Unjaune. Probably the best burger available in the Nagano skiing mountains. I went back for the lamb burger for the 2nd time. The pattie was succulent, the salad filling was fresh and simply cruncy. A must try after long day of skiing trip coz apart from the amazing burger choices, there are great selection of liquors, wines and sake. Special thanks to Carl and Britaney for making our dining experience exceptional. Food was okay. No gluten free buns so they offered to make it a naked burger which was considerate.
