Prices are not listed on menu board for many items. The ice doesn't work on their soda machine, they go somewhere in the back if you want ice. I've NEVER tasted diet Pepsi like that before. We ordered a large pizza, they gave us a medium and a personal pan instead. The stuffed mushrooms were good. Ordered a spinach salad, dressing was very watery. Bathroom is handicapped accessible, as long as you can dodge the mountain bicycle in the hallway blocking the doorways of both male and female bathrooms, luckily I don't use a wheelchair, wasn't an issue. TVs hanging in dining room have cords hanging down that touch heads of patrons less than six feet tall. Place just in general looks a tad sloppy and unkempt and needs tidying and cleaning. I've been getting delivery from here recently and it's actually more affordable than I thought! Just a solid all-around pizza joint with good ingredients, and if you're feeling adventurous, they have some real interesting menu options, like pot roast, Thai chicken, and gyro pizzas! I ordered delivery tonight and the toppings on the pizza were wrong. I ordered boneless wings and got bone in wings. I paid extra for a side sauce and it did not arrive. I paid extra for an extra toping and they put on a topping I did not order. Quality of food was good - just Not what I ordered. No offer to remake and deliver just a promise for a free pizza in the future based on the the name of the man working tonight. I will be amazed if they follow through - I'm pretty disappointed. My family and I love this place and have been coming here for over a decade and through two owners. It’s been consistently delightful. Is it more expensive than Pizza Hut? Sure, but it tastes better. Their crust is delicious, and we’ve tried most of their gourmet pizzas and liked almost all of them. Our go to favorites are chicken florentine, tropical chicken, and Mac n cheese (the kids love it). The experience of dining in the restaurant is a little variable (sometimes it’s cold, sometimes it’s cozy, sometimes the tv is too loud, sometimes it’s muted…) but the food is good and the people are nice. My first time here. I gave the young man my order for a pizza and he told me it would be $40. ....for A pizza. After we got that cleared up, I saw that he and only one other person was there working. The place was very unclean! The dishes from a previous group had been left, and I got sick of looking at them so I bussed them up to the register counter. No "thank you," no nothing. I watched as the cook made call in orders, and at one time I saw him wipe his knife on his t-shirt. When my pizza was done, it was brought to me, but that was the last I got of any service. Disgusting! Filthy! I won't be back here again!

I have had this pizza a few times over the years and always thought is was good quality. Last night however the inside of the restaurant was filthy, my pizza was undercooked, soggy and barely warm when I picked it up inside the pickup-time-window which explains why it was cold and soggy. This morning I woke up nauseous with diarrhea. They need to clean that place up and tighten up ir they're nit gonna last. Good luck Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

First time I ever had Umbria Pizza reminds me of what Domino's was like before they improved..Not good at all. Moldy food!! Warning they serve Old Moldy food and condiments I ordered fries never received them instead I received Molded Mozzarella sticks The wings were also old and hard ranch was old and caked on top of the container!! Gyro was soggy Ver dissatisfied and when I called the Manager just denied that it came from there restaurant but I have pictures!!! I wish I can put NO Stars!!!! Umbria seems to be going through a growing phase, but the family that’s working the place right now are doing a great job. Service is a little clunky when you get there but ordering online and picking up is always a breeze. Staff are friendly if not a bit awkward, but again they seem to be going through some changes. I got an extra cheese, mozzarella, pepperoni extra large for twenty bucks with tip. Best part is the pizza is just amazing. Tasty cheese, tons of options for toppings and sauces, and it’s always hot and melty when I get home. Definitely give this place a chance. Lived near Umbria pizza for two years and haven't tried it until today. Had the $6.99 special which included a slice of pizza, can of soda, and side ceasar salad. The pizza was amazing! It was fresh and hot. The dough was light yet crispy. Sauce was so flavorful. Honestly I was quite impressed. Will definitely be back to try some more menu items.
