BAD SERVICE / no toilet UNFRIENDLY STAFF RACIST We arrived around 10:30am the place was totally empty. I asked for a table where I can charge my laptop during I take a coffee and I was told with a very bad tone that they don’t have. Anyway we sat in for a coffee than 5 min later the waitress walked by the table and throw the RESERVED sign on the table without saying anything… I was waiting for another hour, till I made my phone call she didn’t say anything about any reservations. She just wanted us to leave. I stood up searching for the toilet when the waitress told me: “ if you are looking for the toilet we don’t have one..” but with a very bad tone. I wanted to take a 2nd coffee but apparently all the staff were sitting at the last table of the restaurant eating all together. So I gave up. I went to the counter to pay, a waitress was walking around saw me standing there waiting, she stood next to me noting a new appointment than she left and made me waste another 10 minutes. There were only 2 tables occupied out of 50. So no, thank you, I won’t ever come back and will ever suggest to anyone !! Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person €10–20

Decent meal, friendly staff and good service. The ladies are experienced. The main course was accompanied by a salad from salad bar, no additional cost. Overall a good experience and a full belly! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person €20–30

ideal restaurant to eat if you are in the "belle etoile" shopping center with flexible meal times. the waitress has been very friendly and the food is good and traditional. recommendable :)

Really bad and unfriendly service, they seem to hate their job. 2 Waitresses were standing next to the register, looking at the people outside, while my friend and I were ready to order. They didn't even tried to come for taking the order for about 20 minutes. When one of them finally came she was rude and disrespectful. No thanks, you don't need our money for this incredible bad and unfriendly service!!!

We tooks this time 2 cordon bleu of chicken with mushroom sauce, Apple strudel with icecream and a sunday .. We put only the desserts because we forgot to take the pictures from the cordon bleu ... we were to hungry 😉

Belle expérience personnel agréable et pourtant elles étaient en plein rush. 😊 Les plats succulents avec une mention pour le cordon bleu et l’hamburger. Tous les plats chauds sont accompagnés d’un buffet de salade froide très varié (un seul passage par personne). Pour les menus enfants, plusieurs choix au niveau du plats chaud (saucisse, bouche à la reine, spaghetti bolognaise ou poulet pané) avec boisson et une boule de glace Je recommande! 👍 Merci nous avons passé un bon moment! -Réservation pour 12h00 ou rien d’autre, peu de flexibilité. -entrées au salas-bar pas maison, lourdes à manger -nous avons attendus plus d’une heure pour le plat, d’autres clients également -pas d’excuse au moment de l’arrivée du play pour l’attente -plat vraiment à désirer, frites non maison, sauce non maison -nous devions bénéficier des réductions des personnes travaillant dans la zone commercial, la serveuse n’a pas voulu nous l’appliquer, sous réserve « qu’il est trop tard, il fallait me le dire avant que j’imprime la facture », alors qu’il suffisait de relancer l’impression modifié.
