I sat at the bar after a long 10.5 hour drive, just needed some good food and a drink. Chrissy and Chas were working the bar and they were so incredibly sweet and helpful. I came in to this Twin Peaks for the very first time just the other day. And I must say the service Sophia Valdez gave me was incredible. This lady went above and beyond just for me and my friends to have a great time. Sophia really provided me with almost everything I could want: she made sure I was aways full on my drinks, asking if I need anything, she was fast and punctual, looked extremely experienced and on top of it she was extremely engaging. Sophia went out of her way to make sure she provided world-class service to me and the other guy at our table. Sophia really made our night and made us feel like guests rather than customers at a restaurant. She really made our night maybe due to her maybe me and my friends will make this our regular spot. If not my friends and I, I know at least I will be a regular. One more thing the food is pretty solid too and at a decent price the street tacos and fried pickles are pretty solid as well. The service is never top-notch at this location, but Jayslynn provided THE WORST service I've ever experienced anywhere. She was too occupied talking to her significant other and snapped at people from our party multiple times. We did have 16 people with our birthday dinner, but all were extremely patient. We all sat with empty drinks, ate our cold food, and waited over 20 minutes for her to cash out 1/3 of our table while ignoring the rest of the party. We had to call the manager to cash us out because we were completely over the whole experience. I don't see why Twin Peaks continues to thrive everywhere else, while multiple of their servers in San Angelo provide the worst service. Price per person $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

My table and I had a really great time here! Our waitress was Sophia and she did everything to help. Great service by her and time management was fantastic! I would recommend trying the fried pickles, they were absolutely delicious. I will definitely be recommending all my friends to go here due to Sophia's awesome service. I ordered 12 wings with two flavors. Only received one flavor lol. Wings were very bland. Skin on wings were a little chewy. Definitely could have been cooked longer. I was going to stay but it took long for my food to get to me so I took it to go. Since my lunch is an hour long. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

This spot used to be awesome and we went every week! However the last two visits have been horrible we waited over an hour for alcohol, and the waitress never brought one persons drink. We arrived at 6:45 and left at 9:45 . We had to walk to the bar to get drinks because for over an hour our waitress was nowhere to be found, very disappointed. Immediately upon being seated i was greeted by my server Kaylee, she introduced herself and took my drink order and offerred the appetizers. I usually get good service here but Kaylee really hit the mark. She checked up on me several times, my drink was out very quick. Not only was she taking care of my table, but she was also providing the same service to every customer. I could see her checking on all of her tables, she is a professional and its apparent that she takes pride in being a great server. She spent time to check on the status of my food and even came back to give me a time estimate for when it would be ready. The food came out perfect as ordered and still warm like it was fresh off the grill. Good food. Hats off Kaylee, keep up the great work!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I have no idea why they aren't filling beer glasses. My first was about 4 oz short, and it wasn't a foam issue, just not full. The next table over got a beer with literally 1/4 foam. I'd have sent it back. I'm not a fan of Europe, but at least they put a line on the glass and you have to fill it to there with beer, not foam. On my second beer, I asked them to please fill the glass with beer. It was 3+ oz short. We're paying full market prices for a beer. Give us a full beer. The waitresses were very good. This is a management/leadership problem. Little things like trying to save a few pennies on a $7-$8 beer leave a bad taste in your mouth. And, yeah, I was drinking the 1 IPA they still carry, so many would say I had a bad taste in my mouth anyway. Price per person $30–50 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I really enjoyed my food and service. The waitress named Bee I believe was very helpful and more than willing to seat us where we wanted to be seated. She was very attentive and kind. Me and my family were very impressed by how quick she attended to us and attended to our needs for condiments and drinks. I went into Twin Peaks on my birthday February 1st to celebrate with a couple of friends, and I was greeted by waitress Sophia, who was training waitress Jaiden. They were both very kind and both provided excellent service. Jaiden however, stood out exceptionally. Her personality, her professionalism, her abilities to anticipate the needs of the table And most importantly, her presence. It’s not all the time that you meet waitresses that that carry a presence with a personality that is a positive one who cares about what they’re doing so thank you ladies for giving me an amazing birthday experience at Twin Peaks.
