Dirtiest location. Please check your ice machines. They are so dirty. I recently bought a smoothie and became sick from it. This was the only place I ate from the past week and did not come into contact with anything else yet had a bacterial infection. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

I ordered a smoothie and they got it wrong then refused to remake my smoothie. They are rude, nasty at this location. They argue with their costumers. Their “shift lead” and “manager” are incompetent and useless!

The white boy is not friendly at all makes me feel so uncomfortable maybe he's like that with black people only anyway deer park is a mixed neighborhood if you don't like type of people because of their skin you should move a place special, be nice to each other God created everyone the way he wants so stop being mean 😤

on friday evening the black guy with the dreads treated me so nicely and got my smoothie done very fast. he even brought my smoothie to me. i even came today and also the customer service was really good. great staff

I haven’t been here in a while! Decided to stop in for a detox smoothie & to my surprise it was happy hour! 2 smoothies for $8.xx. It was very early and I received great service from the guy making the smoothies, he also recommended other smoothies that I may like based off ordering a detox island green. My experience last year wasn’t so great so it’s nice to see things have changed!

I ordered a peanut butter cup smoothie and I don’t know what this person gave me! I do not taste any peanut butter or strawberry, and I ordered extra peanut butter but I simply do not taste it! This smoothie was disgusting, I couldn’t even finished it. The only good thing was the jalapeño roasted corn that I ordered as well. Service Take out Meal type Brunch Price per person $1–10

I’m giving one because this place just needs help . Got a bunch of kids in there working and making the food . You need to hire people who have experience with the food industry . Not give a bunch of 16 year olds their shot at learning at a place thats as popular as your business . You need older people who know how to handle food because the last few times I was there I just haven’t been happy with the presentation or just the whole vibe walking in the store . Just weird . Me and my girl love the Carribean jerk wrap but last 3 times it has our stomachs turning. Not sure what’s up tropical smoothie but you guys most definitely need to check up on your Deer Park location cause they are hurting bad Service Take out

The smoothies are good. I waited almost 10 minutes for someone to take my order. There were three people waiting with 5 employees working. Stop chatting or tasting smoothies and offer some customer service. Other visits there are so many uber eat pickups getting priority or parking in front of the door that I pass on the smoothies. Best of luck with your staffing selections

I like tropical smoothie in general but I had never been to this specific location. I was pleasantly surprised to see the staff was very friendly and super informative about meat free options. The place was also clean and meticulously kept. Definitely a nice place to grab a healthy bite to eat with the kids!
