Food is good and location is very unique. Its a just parallel to a railway track/station. Train comes every half hour and great location to take snaps for your vacation. Coming to food, it was good no complaints. But it will take 20+ mins to prepare the food which they will inform prior to us. We had Devil chicken with Parata and a few more prawn dishes all were good

Friendly, happy, lovely place ( in the back of the restaurant) with a small fountain with a small bridge so lovely, I attached 2 pictures.
We didn’t spend a fortune for 1Lion 1 papaya juice and al the dishes attached in the picture, which are really tasty.

Trax Garden Restaurant delivered a mediocre experience overall. The food fell into the realm of average, service met the mark, and the ambience was just passable. A notable aspect was the persistent server promoting the special BBQ dinner at the meal's end.
On the positive side, the location stood out. However, the negatives overshadowed the visit, with everything landing in the realm of so-so. It's uncertain if it was an off day or connected to the location's tourist-centric approach. If in the area again, we'd likely explore other dining options. A minor annoyance was the repetitive playlist featuring too many UB40 songs – a great band, but variety would have been appreciated.

We visited The TRAX Garden resturant as we wished to try out authentic Sri Lankan dishes We visited on two consecutive nights and we had traditional fish curry and rice which is a elaborate affair with supplementary dishes.On the other night we had a vegetarian curry a d rice which was excellent.We also got to drink a few pegs of Colombo Arrack which was excellent.The resturant owner we learnt attended the Catering institute in Chandigarh for two years before joining his uncle in this venture Very tastefully decorated resturant and definitely worth visiting to get away from the standardized food in hotels to down to earth authentic Sri Lankan food and hospitality.

Very tasty food,prices are not high, but a bit higher than at the closest neighborhood places. On the photo food costs 5665 rs. Two adults were full even excessive:). Curry is wonderful, grilled pawns are also very tasty. Bottle of water is 100 rs.
Our favorite place in Bentota by far. All food was excellent, great staff and atmosphere.
