Great burgers! Cooked with a slight pink center but they will cook well if ordered. Everything tastes fresh and the fries are good as well. I do think the Cajun fries could have had a little more pop but a very satisfying experience! As for the atmosphere it has a nice though back vibe and was amazingly clean! Oh SSSOOOO…… good! The staff today Barbara, Colin, & Justin they were all very helpful when it came to helping us figure out what we wanted from the menu. We didn’t feel rushed to order and we were not disappointed with their suggestions. I had the Bacon Bourbon burger. I made the mistake of getting two patties (first timer) and this burger is massive. Comes with this home made sauce. It was REALLY good. Gives you more bang for your buck. Had to take the rest home. Thrilled I came and will be back next time. This place is incredible. Family owned and operated with AMAZING taste in music. My daughter wanted a good burger; I mean a big, thick, juicy "nasty" burger 😅, so we went on a hunt and stumbled upon a gold mine of flavor. They place is clean, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is friendly and attentive. We felt more than welcome (despite it being close to closing time) ..we felt appreciated. The guy at the front counter was informative and guided us through our order (and was rigjt about everything he suggested 😁). THE COOK EVEN CAME OUT AND ASKED US HOW EVERYTHING WAS. Because we tyoically come to Joplin to go somewhere on Rangeline, we are thankful to have found them oit on 10th. It was A WONDERFUL experience. We are SO glad we didnt go to 5 Guys, or Red Robins!! First time here, went in to pick up a to go order. The order was finished while in line. They told me I had to pay. But after waiting in line I was told it was already paid. I cut my double with cheese in half and ate 2 bites spitting out the third. The taste the smell and the toppings were all unappealing. The fries were seasoned and okay. We had the delicious plant based burgers and fries. Both regular and sweet potato fries were hot, crispy, and perfectly seasoned. Service was friendly and fast, prices were on par with everyone else who serves Impossible burgers. The restaurant and ladies room were very clean. First time here. My husband and I had the special of the day; The Lumberjack. An amazing hamburger! The service was fast and friendly. The atmosphere is basic, but lively. The customers can watch the crew make the orders. On a side note, I was very pleased to see that the Ice Cream Factory has spot in the establishment. Just a great place! Went here for dinner while on a road trip and it did not disappoint. My father had the burnt ends and they were amazing. Tender, well seasoned and overall really good. I had the burger and it was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. It was well seasoned and perfectly cooked. The staff was incredibly kind and helped us come to a decision on what we were going to get. Overall, I highly recommend. It is a little pricey but well worth it for the quality of food you get. Went in there with a friend today for lunch and got a double cheeseburger combo and it was excellent! Best burger in joplin. The fries were delicious as well. Had plenty of seasonings to choose from for your fries as well. And definitely ask for sauces, their ranch and fry sauce were amazing. If you do come you better bring a big appetite, because I’m a big dude and I struggled with finishing it. We had a great time meeting here with our local Jeep club for dinner before an event. They were super accommodating to our large group, and everyone had a great time. My hamburger was an obviously hand-made beef patty, which as delicious. The interior is pretty sparse, more like a cafeteria, and I do wish they had more seating options. But, nothing was uncomfortable for our group. I did love that the chef came out briefly as we were leaving and thanked us personally!
