Worse garbage garage ever, will never ever set foot there again. Was a customer since the opening of pitstop, but till till today will never return there. They should close down. Those petrol attendants are the most useless, especially the ones on tonight night shift 😡😡😡😡😡😡

This grage is the worst in secunda, their pumps did not go to .00 for long and they charged the customers for so long on that mistake. They have solar panels but trying to run a broken generator. The service at this grage is getting worse every day

WORT SERVICE EVER!!!! Fill up my car R900.48. Pay amount with card...oeps no paper in eft machine, attendant say transaction failed I need to pay again. Pay again....went off twice on my account.next day went back explain....provide all required documents a week back ......still no REFUND. I need answer ASAP Please. Petrol is mos cheap!

price on shelf and what it shows at till do not agree about one

I was disappointed when buying something on promotion yesterday, to get to the till and find out it costs more than what is being advertised on the shelf . Then after telling the cashier she gives off attitude saying that the price on the till is what it is. After telling the manager that the cashier refuses to sell us the product based on the price being advertised, she gives the go ahead for us to pay for the promotion price. Only to get into the car and realise the cashier still sold it to us for the original price and not the promotional price they are advertising. Which is cheating and false advertising. The odesity to still sell it to us for a different price after we complained is poor customer care.

Very nice and neatly inside and outside.The staff very very friendly,by the feul pumps and inside the shop.Sorry to hear from Jerry one of your best supervisors past away. All of Sectri Auto body's cars and trucks fill up by Total Pitstop Secunda.we do have sometimes mistakes there and it gets solved immediately by the shops Supervisors, everybody makes mistakes. KEEP IT UP

Worst customer service in town, waited 20 minutes for petrol so I left, about the 3rd or 4th time I left there over lack of service... attendants can stand and chat but no time for customers. Pathetic ! Much rather go to Sasol, they actually want to help you
