I had seen this place multiple times and decided to stop in. Bright spacious place. Some big tables that people can share. I waited in line and ordered the torta insurgiente. During the wait I looked around. They have many aguas and green juices. Open style kitchen where you can see the food being made. The ladies call out your order and you go. My torta was great. Delicious tortas, but the AGUA FRESCAS are the best you will taste. The menu is just a little banner on the side of the cash register so if you ate not a regular you'll have difficulty ordering. First time here and already love it. The staff is very friendly and quick with your order. They have such a variety of tortas you just don't know what to pick from it all :D. On top of that the food is to die for. 10/10 would recommend. One thing I will wish is more smaller tables for small amounts of people. Excellent Mexican food. Their torts are the best in the city but most importantly, the variety of meats to choose from is impressive. Service is fast and on point and serves are nice. Food is always amazing. I mean I do love Mexican food so it's hard for me to say it's not good. But the meats are done right the bread is great and the condiments bring it all together. Disappointed with the service I received yesterday from this place, I was rooting for them but I will never return here. I know I'm just one person from many customers so no big deal but to me it is and I'm taking my self elsewhere for tortas. Yesterday I ordered two tortas a taco and a side of guacamole through postmates. My ordered arrived incorrect and incomplete. I called the restaurant and the lady on the phone said she couldn't find my order and was unable to help me so I told her I would drive down there so they could see my postmates receipt and correct my order. When I arrived I explained why I was there and showed my receipt ,which clearly shows the charge for the taco and guac that they didnt give me and somehow managed to come up with the conclusion that they hadn't charged me for said missing items and that's why I didnt get them and that I was welcome to pay for them and they would give them to me. I told her there was no way I was going to pay twice for something I had already paid for and I demanded my money back. I also complained about the breaded steak that was supposed to be included in both of my tortas seeing as the steaks looked like they were not breaded at all and if there was any breading it was ridiculously small almost non existent patches of "breading" . I have pictures to all of this by the way. Anyways all the two lady's who were working there at the time could tell me was that my order was correct and one of them said that the reason it was breaded like that was because it would taste too much like breading if they did any more breading ,just look at the pictures guys, its ridiculous. Anyways the manager was called over the phone to approve the refund of my money and he refused to refund my money that he was simply not going to give me my money back. That all the could do for me was give me the taco and the guacamole that I freaking paid for at no charge. What kind of customer service is that. I pay the membership at postmates for free delivery and it wasnt free because they charge tax and I tip my driver and I drove all the way there and wasted all my time attempting to correct my order without being rude, without raising my voice or using profane language and I get treated like that. I waited for the rest of my order to be completed and drove home with my boyfriend with two soggy "ash" tortas and tell me who can eat like that or have a pleasant meal like that. My experience wasnt pleasant and I was looking forward to eat there for a long time and my hard earned money deserved a better experience. I just wonder what Tortas Sinaloa is going to do about that?

Everything on their menu is delicious! You cannot go wrong with any of their tortas or aguas frescas. My go to is their Al pastor torta or classic carne asada. The meat has a great seasoning and taste to it. The bread is equally impressive as it has an amazing taste to it, and is pressed to perfection. Their avocado is essential to a great torta, and their prices are very fair. Tortas Sinaloa is the standard for what a great torta and agua frescas should taste like. A quick look around the IE and you’ll quickly see the many imposters that try to pass off the “Sinaloa” torta name and look but there is only one original Tortas Sinaloa.
