We ordered delivery and ran into a few issues. It seems that the driver was rushing and careless, because our pizza was smushed to one side of the box, and our topperstix box was squashed where half of them were stuck to the top of the box. We lost a good amount of the cheese trying to peel it off. I also specifically asked in the notes that the driver not ring the doorbell as we have a kiddo sleeping, and he did which woke him up. It took quite a bit longer this time, 30 minutes more than the estimated time which isn't a huge deal aside from the fact the food was on the cold side when it arrived. We've never had an issue prior and we enjoy the vegan options, hence why I give this three stars despite this not so great experience. The Vegan topperstix are very good, whatever non-dairy cheese they use is one of the better I've had. The rewards program is also a nice perk which gives free items every so often. My greeting when I walked into store was " what are you doing here " . I explained I was here to order pizza . Employee was restocking some items at front counter. After a few minutes he moved over to the register and ask " what you want" . I asked if he could hold on for 1 minute so I could look at menu board. He then walked off an left me standing there ..I let him know I was ready to order an he just ignored me . He was writing dates on sauce bottles . He finished an then returned to take my order ..I had to repeat my order several times as the volume from the TV in the kitchen was up pretty loud . Once order was complete I used my card to pay an chip reader wasn't working I tried several times to re-insert it . Following the instructions on the screen . After the fourth attempt the employee barked an order " gezz just stop " i have never had such poor service in just 3 to 4 minutes of interaction. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Service: 1

We have had good luck at other Toppers. Unfortunately this one was disappointing. Ordered a delivery order online. Was estimated to get here at about 35 minutes. Instead it was an hour. I would have been okay with that if the food was good; it was not. The pizza was cold/chewy and some of the toppings were sparse...ordered tomatoes, and there were not many on it. In addition, they forgot to send our topperstix, so we had to wait even longer to get those. Definitely did not feel the meal we got was worth $50+. I would not recommend this location at this time. I got there just after midnight and my food wasn’t ready witch was fine as I placed it for 12:20 because I was unsure about the ice. The problem was the way the guy prepped my pizza. I watched him constantly rubbing his nose and then touching the pizza, watched him pick something off the pizza and eat it, and then at some point he walked away to grab something and took off his hat to rub his forehead and run his fingers through his hair. Never did I see him wash his hands and it was pretty gross to watch. He also wasn’t wearing gloves witch I believe is fine as it all gets cooked but that might have been a physical reminder for him to not do any of that. Side note tried submitting this just on the website and they t wouldn’t submit so here I am.

I have been going to this specific toppers for awhile now and Adam has ALWAYS made our experience top notch. When he has the time, he will even bring our order out to the car to us. They were supposed to be there for our lunch time. Delivery ordered and set the previous day. Pretty big order. They were 50 minutes late. Lots of hungry people running out of patience. Well I must say the quality has gone downhill. Changing my review from a 5 star to a one. They were great once upon a time. Now they bring you burnt pizza with hardly any toppings. When I asked for less in the oven they literally brought me raw pizza dough and breadsticks small than my index finger. No apology at the store. I actually got ill after biting into under cooked food. Oof won't be returning here. They really didn't want to give me my money back either.

Service is amazing! I get the same thing everytime due to being a vegetarian and the staff knows this about me. This store is amazing and the best. I have been to other locations and this location is the best. The food is always amazing. Best pizza in all of Wisconsin!
