Tiny bar. Bartender was attentive & she was the only one there. Not much to offer but decent place to get a drink. Seemed like a local hang out, everyone knew everyone kinda place. Price per person $10–20 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Came into town with 8 people for a concert down the street, and decided to stop at Top Hat Tavern. It was such a great time. We put dollars on the ceiling and met a bunch of really nice people. 10/10 recommend. Everyone was super friendly even though we were a rowdy bunch of out of Towner's!
