A lot of traffic. Nice decorating setting. Clean bright and light. Many items are on sale. Have outside patios. Open full parking. Good convenient location. One hiccup is the young brown dying hair with ring on her left nose at customer service is having indifferent cold unfriended stuck up attitude in response and answer customer made decision in buying the store item. Probably all of the customer service training has been waisted and down to the toilet. Need keep up with customer service training. I prefer old people working in customer service. Very cool and professional store
Store speakers are so loud the ads are like you are being yelled at. Had to leave, left with a headache. Bonus content: My wife asked the manager if he could turn it down, and he said maybe later. She asked if he could do it while we were there and he refused. When she said all we could do was rate the store poorly, he responded that he would have all our friends and family arrested... insanity!
Went it for some fried chicken and was helped by a woman who preceeded to carefully dig thru the massive pile of chicken to pick out the tiniest pieces with the least meat. It was blatant. I won't be returning, the chicken was super greasy and gross. I don't know why she did that. My feeling was she didn't like my.... Complexion. Mar/8/24 4:40pm
One word, incompetence. The deli aile has shown true incompetence every time I've wanted something. I want simple turkey breast, they add the expensive turkey breast tag on it and I don't notice until i get home. I ask for the 'wing bucket blowout' special and don't ask if I want wings or tenders and they get it wrong. The fish guys they're good, they are nice. The deli people are forgetful and just don't seem to want to be there.

There one lady at online pick up section , right next to toilet and pharmacy , that lady was the most unprofessional in service here how the story goes i went to Tomthumb ( this location ) to pick up online order when i get there , first world i said to that lady ''' hello i here to pick up online order '' and guess what she does not even say hello to me or ask me what my name is and what order number is she said fast and loud twice '' go get big shopping cart , go get shopping cart '' i am really up set at that time . my mind told me that i will cancel that order. but anyway just let you guy know i live just 5 mins away from this location and i go shop at this location almost everyday for 7 years already . cause of that lady me and my family will never and never come back again. if you need to pick up online order from this location . please read my story and be repaired

The lady working the Floral department chooses not to answer the phone and when you talk to her in person, you can show her pictures of arrangements you've seen in the store before, but she'll tell you she doesn't know where it came from and give you a hundred reasons why she can't remake that specific arrangement (we're talking about balloons, not even flowers). She proved herself problematic and full of excuses for the customer before me and she just shut me down by telling me she was closed, but then took another customer.

That Amy lady has to be one of the most unprofessional managers I have ever met. The way she treats us and her employees is one reason I would never visit this location ever again.

I came to today to buy a few item mainly to get the sale they had on crab legs in the meat department. When I walked up to the counter I wasn’t greeted or even acknowledged. I could tell that the lady behind the counter had an attitude. I looked past that and I spoke to her. I asked her about the sale on the crab legs and she pointed to the center of the store and replied “they are over there” I went to check them out but quickly noticed the ones on display looked overly frozen and looked very dark in color as if they were very old and not at all fresh. I went back to the counter to ask if I could get some fresh ones and she was just very rude at this point. I had enough of her attitude and asked her name. She refused and ignored me! I had to contact the manager about the service I received.very poor customer service

Turkey in the deli was in sale for 8.99, I specifically pointed to the photo ad the counter. Person sliced me a pound but when I got to the checkout we noticed it said "pan roasted chicken" for way more $. Cashier went back to get a new label for turkey, she came back empty handed and said I was given chicken. So she gave option was to go back and get turkey sliced or go back and get the chicken for higher price. All this while I got people waiting behind me to checkout. Not worth my time. Could have at least offered the chicken at the discounted price instead of making me go back to deli. Lost sale because of not so great service. Update: thanks for the prompt response. I appreciate the effort to create a better customer experience. I will update my rating because of this.
Definitely your typical Tom-Thumb neighborhood store. This review is for bakery department. I ordered a birthday cake for my dad, I have always bought cakes here but never ordered a specific cake. Let me just saw my mouth drop. I was amazed by the design and taste of cake. It was everything i imagine and the flavors of cake was bomb. plus the price was affordable! Definitely making this place my go-to for cakes!
