I was pleasantly surprised with the bagel sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, we also got it on a biscuit both were good and no complaints, drive thru was friendly. I have had the croissant sandwich at other locations and very disappointed but these sandwiches were very good!! Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 5

I’ve been to several Tim Hortons locations in Oakland County and found this location to have the best quality of food. All of my drinks tastes great and bagels are toasted perfectly. I do agree from other reviewers that the drive thru service isn’t the friendliest, however, they are very fast and efficient which is what I’d prefer during busy morning rush hour time. We placed an order online for breakfast, knowing that breakfast is served until 11 AM, or at least should be served until 11 AM per all the Tim Hortons locally and their signage. Order was placed at 10:30 for pick up at 10:40 per the app and was told they don’t make hashbrowns after 10 AM. Manager was kind enough to refund back to our card, but if you are serving breakfast until 11 AM, maybe to stop making hashbrowns at 10 AM is not the best option. I understand if you are not trying to waste products, and I understand that breakfast is served all day so you will have eggs… But at least stop making hashbrowns. 15 minutes before. I promise you they won’t go to waste as you think. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

I had the worst experience at this location, this past weekend. The manager Julie doesn’t know the first thing about customer service and had a very condescending attitude. I ordered a latte and was very unhappy with it. I could barely taste the pumpkin spice flavoring or the oat milk I requested. It actually tasted more like a cappuccino rather than a latte. When I expressed my disappointment in the quality of the drink, she proceeded to feel the need to educate me on what a latte consists of in a very rude and condescending manner. Now I’m an avid coffee drinker, who drinks coffee every single day. I ordered a large Pumpkin Spice latte with oat milk, that costs over $6. I think I’m pretty familiar on what a latte is. At this point I just ask for a plain coffee instead, of which she has someone else prepare and rudely walks away. I then request a refund for the price difference, because who pays over $6 for a plain XL coffee??? She gets an attitude and tells me “I can’t give you your money back just because you didn’t like the drink.” Excuse me?? She then says I’ll have to just get something else to make up the difference. At this point I’m beyond frustrated but agree because I’m short on time. The cashier then decides (without asking me my preference) to go grab a random donut and hand it to me. I refuse and tell him there was $3 difference and a donut doesn’t even come close to making up for that. At which point, he brings Julie back over and she tells me the cost difference is not $3 and that I don’t know what I’m talking about. She then tells me I can get a refund but no exchange for the order. I’m floored because I’ve never experienced service like this. I gladly take it, she takes the coffee back and I leave. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS TIM HORTON’S EVER AGAIN. Sadly, they need training in customer service and the food/drink quality is far below that of any other location. Everytime I go here the manager with the glasses (I think her name is Julie) is very rude. She usually works the drive thru when I come. She takes my money very quickly and shoves my order in my hand , almost making me drop it. No eye contact, no good morning or greeting, When I say everytime she is rude, I mean everytime. She did not take my order today but I heard her being very rude to a customer while I was there. The other employees there are usually very hospitable. This manager needs to be replaced. Or at the very least reprimanded and trained up in customer service. Tim Hortons you can do better and my coworkers and I will not be returning until you do. I’ve been to over 10 Tim hortan locations and let me tell you, this is the best one. The employees are nice, I never wait a long time in the drive thru, and they make the best ice cap and actually put extra cream when I ask them to. Will always come here before going to my class.

How do you even operate? Tim bits are nonexistent at this location! They don’t even have donuts. Employees are beyond lazy and unfriendly. This happens every time we come here! Worst tuna sandwich ever. Ordered on 9/16 for $6.20 but it had hardly any tuna in it. Probably swam away. One corner had absolutely none! I had to open a can of tuna from my pantry just to make it palatable. No inflation here, except for the price. Service Take out Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Ordered a extra toasted extra cream cheese bagel, not even extra toasted. Ordered 20 times bits and didn't even get what I asked for. Then the new chocolate chip ice cap got served to me at the window and I had to ask for whip cream even though the picture on the menu had whip cream and chocolate chips. Alex at the window had a horrible attitude, eric the manager didn't want to handle my call told me to contact next shift manager. Horrible customer service.

About 20-25% more expensive than other local Timmy’s and they won’t give you your food as ordered unless you specifically ask. For example, the bagel sandwiches are presented as as having 2 eggs, but they “opt out” of automatically giving you both eggs u less you ask them to! No extra charge if you ask for it, as it should be, because it should have been there in the first place. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
