Bagel with cream cheese was not bad but cold. Coffee smelt burnt twice in three days. Not the usual Tim Hortons stuff! The staff need to step up if they want customers coming back. Also, I hope the management can put a direction board on the entry/exit to the Tim Hortons off Rochester Rd. I always find people leaving from the Drive thru straight onto the incoming traffic and it's an accident waiting to happen.. If I can give 0 stars I WOULD! This place I asked for a medium caramel latte and the price on the screen was $3.49 and they charged me $4.49. Then the lady there is like she just works there and was acting like the prices is fixed and all, and the cooperate hasn’t updated the prices on the screen and all. But honestly the prices in the system should have been updated after the screen prices are updated! If they would have been honest in the beginning I would have gave the extra dollar but they tried to be sneaky and take it. Even after explaining the lady there is looking at me like what to do and I was like give me my dollar back or something like do you not know what to do! I should have gotten a free drink especially the latte taste like literally like black coffee with cream and caramel shot which is not how latte is supposed to taste! These people are scamming people in money and product quality Tim Horton should honestly revoke their franchise license! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have had bad experience before at Tim's but this was beyond all bad experiences I have never had this tasteles french vanilla in my life ever and everything bagel had nothing on it Dun assume you are getting usual tim guys. I can understand that it is newly opened. But the teens are getting on job training and the subjects are customers. Damn! We corrected coffee 2 times, but it tasted the same. Asked for a whip cream cup for my pups last minute & they wanted me to drive back through waste another 10 minutes of my time vs ring me up a pup cup quick. Starbucks would of done it. Do better Tim Hortons.

Kid at the ordering station was not pleasant, talked way too quiet, asked to speak louder multiple times (I’m mid 30s, not hard of hearing). Got home and looks like one of the Boston creme fell on floor. Was excited to see they opened one near me, but will happily take my business to Dunkin…. They gave me my sandwich with bacon after they told me twice they didn’t have it. I also ordered a pumpkin spice donut they didn’t put it In the bag but charged me for it. I went back and they said they didn’t put the donut in the bag because they don’t have it but they thought it was okay to charge me and not say anything. Also my coffee was burnt. This Tim Hortons location is a joke. The staff was extremely unpleasant and didn’t know how to look up an online order. You chose to work here, leave if you don’t like your job. I go to Tim Hortons for coffee, not attitude.
