I spend waaaaay too much here. I’m possibly addicted. My favorite is the black crystal bobas with coconut water and grass jelly. I don’t usually change up the sweetness and ice levels… just keep it the standard.
I had a friend who thought boba teas were weird and sorta gross looking. I forced him to try it and now he’s all about boba teas. His favorite is the avocado smoothie.
If you are unfamiliar with what you want, I highly recommend using the kiosk to order. It’s easier than ordering it directly from the tearista. Since there are so many options it’s fun and easy to use the kiosk to order.

I have driven passed this newly open dessert shop several times. The 'Taiwanese street food' description of the shop is pretty misleading. Most of their offerings are just sweet desserts. I ordered Bubble waffle. Presentation is nice but I don't think it's worth the price. Just the waffle topped with at most one strawberry sliced and some whipped cream for $6.

I am so happy they opened a Tii Cup in the St. Louis Park area. The best part? The menu options are awesome. This is one of the only boba tea shops where I can actually find food so I love being able to get food with my drink. We just recently bought the Black & White treat and it was super good. The worst part? This is kind of random but the decor is a little random. I mean, it’s not a big deal but I think they could create a better aesthetic if the decoration was more in sync but either way, I’m coming back! Also, I don’t know if they’re planning on adding indoor seating but there weren’t any tables to sit at inside or outside. They did have benches though so you could sit while you waited for your order.

I usually go to Bubble Tea House which is only 5 minutes farther that this Tii Cup location, but unfortunately, it being 12/26 my go-to shop was closed, so anyway I decided to give Tii Cup a try.
I docked a star because my drink was weird. I always get a Taro Smoothie w light boba but the drink had a sandy texture, I’m guessing they put too much powder in it idk, and the drink was also too liquidy for a smoothie. Overall, won’t be returning because of that.
Aesthetic are nice, very typical for a boba place, they usually go for modern and light. Would be nicer if it was more of a cozier vibe though.

I love bubble tea and I enjoy the selection at Tii Cup more than I do any other establishment but I’m never acknowledged at the location, even though I always walk in smiling & eager to get my treat. I don’t often come to the St. Louis Park location because the experience is always the same, so I’m not going to spend my money where I don’t get greeted or even asked “how can I help you?” but I give them chances because Brooklyn Park (one of my favorite locations) is so inviting and professional. Hope this review is helpful.

First time visiting and so pleased with the friendliness of the staff. They gave us samples, without us asking, helped us go through the menu and explained what a lot of things were, again, without us asking (which I really appreciate!). We weren’t sure what we wanted and we didn’t feel pressured to hurry up and order. My daughter got the strawberry tea with strawberry pearls and she LOVED it. I didn’t get pics inside the store except one on the photo wall, but it was really super clean. Will definitely be back!

Not a great experience coming here, the staff is pretty uncaring about customers. The day I came in there was a couple already waiting for their drinks and we waited about 20mins for them to make ours. The taro milk tea was awful! It tasted like mop water and smelled so unappealing. My girlfriend ordered an iced tea and they did not add the ice and the tapioca consistency was very weird. Extremely displeased with the entire experience. Would likely not return especially with how the staff act.

I went in with two friends one evening because it was so bright and clean and basically happy decor about a half hour before closing. The employees didn't acknowledge us for a good 5 min...they were busy doing other things/cleaning and there were no other customers. We weren't familiar with the products so we asked about them, including which ones had caffeine. The two employees gave us different answers, one saying they could make anything without caffeine and the other saying almost all items had caffeine. We asked a few other questions, but we're not wanting caffeine that late and didn't trust what we would get so we left.

Absolutely bangin' boba! But you know what my real takeaway from this place is? The staff couldn't care less if a customer walks in. I'm just mystified how anyone can hold a job in CUSTOMER SERVICE who doesn't greet a customer, or say anything when the customer says "Thanks so much!" Here you'll find apathetic, glassy-eyed employees who can't wait to get back on their phones. I recommend getting the boba, and getting out of there immediately.

I’ve been here a couple times and have had great customer service, tasty boba tea, and short wait times. They have a punch card which I’m all about perk opportunities. The boba is optional, so if that’s not your thing the tea flavors are still amazing!
