Cute atmosphere with stuffed animal tiger. Not a dine-in/sit-down boba tea vibe but more of order and pick-up vibe. Their drinks are pretty great but lacks flexibility to customize your drink such as less/no ice or less/no sugar. The worker said the online menu is different than what they offer - I am not sure if that was true or not she really didn't seem to know what she was doing at all! So I ordered off the menu there 4 of the same drink.... they all tasted different. All 4 had different boba.... it was just weird! Ordered some of the drinks with the no ice option. They came out with ice. I was then told they can’t do no ice. After that, he even took the cup and looked at the label, which literally says no ice on it. He then went silent without further explanation. It’s golden! I was confused to say the least. The cashier and the barista were not the same person. If what he said is really true, then at least tell me when I ordered. Again, the labels on the cup literally say no ice! As someone addicting to the boba milk tea, was pleasantly surprised how refreshing and thirst quenching Tiger Sugar's black sugar lemon oolong tea was. Been wanting to try tiger sugar for a while now. I’m a super duper boba fan. But this one makes me sad. The price is higher than their competitors like sharetea and the boba is over iced even if you say light ice. Maybe I will order no ice next time so my $ will be happy. Beside that, everything is great. The pearls needs more boiling but the boba are perfectly cooked. We ordered 4 different drinks to test what is hype. I will go back if I’m in the area but totally gonna stay ordering at share tea or kung fu tea because the serving proportions is sad at tiger sugar. Came for grand opening so obviously the line is CRAZY. But it was worth it! The staff is handling the mess pretty well! KUDOS to them. It is so good and very much the best brown sugar boba in Colorado. It is absolutely delicious! Plus paper straws are always a perk. Items we got 1 - classic and very simple but the 2 sizes of boba make it a super fun texture! 3 - the chocolate flavor is quite light and reminiscent of a whopper 5 - the pudding is so soft and creamy 6 - the mochi texture and soybean flavor is so interesting. This is my new obsession for boba! 🧋🧋🧋 I love this place, their drinks are so tasty, not super sweet at all. They put the right amount of sweetness and tartness in their drinks. My sister and I got the Best Seller Black Sugar Boba + Pearl Coffee Latte with Cream Mousse and the Signature Black Sugar Boba + Pearl Milk with Cream Mousse. Amazing!!!! I initially really like this place, it had some creative options and I heard a lot about it from my friends. I had first ordered the egg pudding drink and it was delicious, I loved the fact that there was an actual serving of egg pudding within the drink. However, it became very heavy very fast, thinking it was cause of the egg pudding, I brushed it off. The next time I went, I got a plain milk tea and it ended up being so heavy yet again. The best sugar boba out there. This place blown every regular boba place outta water. They have tea option but just the basic. Number 2 has small jelly is so good. Feeling adventurous? Try number 5 with whole flan cake in there. Both of that are my go to favorite. The only downside is the wait time of this place. Minus 1 star for no customization.
