I recently visited this coffee spot in Taitung, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! Sampling various pour-over coffees showcased the evident expertise of the barista. I highly recommend it. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We took an early morning flight from Taipei and then found this place after landing in taitung. We were treated to a ceremonious 3 stage Japanese style hand brewed coffee. I prefer hot brew so I can taste the changes in the coffee taste as the drink cools.
