One of the best places I have eaten in Taiwan east coast! And in general an excellent vegetarian restaurant with a special touch! Moreover the owner speaks a very good english and is willing to answer any questions with a smile and even some samples of the sauces he uses. The baguette (home made) which in English is called Idyllic French bread is just awesome as the fried rice...

Absolutely love this restaurant! Amazing menu with things you don’t usually find in Taiwan including the lemongrass & coconut hot pot and Vietnamese-style sandwich, which were both wonderful. Add their homemade chili sauce for a kick! Next time I’d love to try the cinnamon soup. The staff are really friendly too. Highly recommended!

We had been looking for a vegetarian restaurant in Yuli as my friend is a vegetarian. I did a google search and discovered this wonderful vegan cafe. It is worth a trip to Yuli to eat here. The food is amazing. Big servings. Reasonable price. Really Tasty. The food arrived very quickly. We had ordered way too much for the three of us but ate it all anyway. Some of the staff speak English and there is an English menu. The staff are very friendly. It’s easy to find. I wish we were staying longer in Yuli as I would go there again.

This Vegan Cafe/Restaurant I can recommend for brunch, lunch or dinner alone or with friends. It's very quiet place near the main road in Yuli. Everyone who pass by to Taitung or Hualien should plan a rest stop here. Food quality and price is just a class itself. Even for non Taiwanese the food is well displayed in pictures with English names so you will find what you are craving for so easy. Glad I dropped in here with my friend who lives in Yuli. Locals always know where to find the right food treasures.

By far the best vegetarian food I've had in Taïwan. The soups are very tasty and the dumplings are delicious, the best I've ever had! I came here 3 times during my 2 days stay in Yuli. I wish I could have tried every item on the menu. Very affordable and the portions are big. Relaxed and comfortable environment. Everything was perfect, I would highly recommend! Dumplings and fried rice were really nice. Sour and spicy soup is also really special. Nice atmosphere with some country music and nice interior, all in all one of the nicest vegan/vegetarian restaurants I've been to in Taiwan, don't miss if you're staying in or passing through Yuli Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

If you are looking for vegetarian/vegan local Taiwanese food, that's your place to go. I'd recommend noodle soups of any kind. Especially with the regional yellow noodles. The staff is very helpful in finding the right dishes for you on the menu. The dumplings are another highlight which can be sold out fast if you come to late. Particularly the sauce that comes with them is super delicious. It reminded us of a vegan version of the brown sauce that in Germany is usually served with roast meat.
