Apart from the nice female staff member and the helpful and kind hotel reception, I cannot recommend this rooftop bar. At first try it was closed due to a private event, but I returned to try it later by chance after I found that another place didn't exist anymore. First I visited the toilet in order to wadh my hands, but it smelled horribly of evaporated urine. Maybe they don't clean or they pee on the floor? At the bar's creaky table surrounded by smudged plexi glass I tried to order the nice looking pizza from the other reviews. It was not on the menu, if it ever was. Instead I got the apparently second most fiery dish in my years in Asia "corn salad" drenched in ground green chillies, and the rather expensive shan "ribs" (cartilage pieces) that didn't have a dib on the side but rather were absolutely drenched and swimming in red chilli sauce. These were brought to me by a male waiter that didn't understand any English, but kept rotating the plate infront of my, placing his thumb on many places of my plate (apparently he was unable or too scared to place it the right way from the start, having to touch his thumb on only one area of my plate). Also the cocktail was served with a straw to a man. In the menu amd the bill the numbers 2, 3 and 8 looked almost identical, but it was not against my advantage. The table had no paper towels, nor were any brought. A Myanmarian drunken guest played loud noises from his phone. I had to walk to the bar to get my bill. It was expensive and disappointing with a disgusting toilet. No thanks.

What a lovely rooftop bar! With an amazing view of the city. Food is of good quality and not oily! Drinks are great and the service is nothing short of genuine and brilliant! Well recommended and will be coming again.
