Literally everything felt perfect. The setting is so comfortable, the display behind the bar is captivating, the staff were friendly and patient. I was really impressed and I'm eager to go back and try more. The taco/wrap was soft not crunchy which I really enjoyed, the meat too was perfect and the flavours went to good! The fries with the mushroom dip was literally to die for and the drink! My *god* it was good. I went away happy and wanting more. The food isn't overly filling which I like. Everything here is delicious! I take pick your own sushi, everything is served fresh and delightful. price point is just right. then i ordered their dessert. MUST TRY, if i could, i would pick all dessert. i ended up taking the lemon dessert. the composition is just right, everything melts in your mouth. staff also very friendly and welcoming. place it self is very spacious, cozy and comfortable. i would highly recommend this place if you happen to be in town. must must try. Loved the PYO sushi something I haven’t seen in Ashburton before. Truffle fries were yum and desserts presentation was amazing would recommend the lemon 🍋. Atmosphere was lovely and very comfy seats. Next time I will get a cocktail and try something on the main menu. Staff were lovely as well. I hope to see the website up and running soon. The decor is beautiful and the kai (food) matched! Service was very attentive. Drink was beautiful! Ordered a non alcoholic fruity drink as it was a nice summers evening. Pasta was yummy! Risotto looked amazing. I had the hazelnut dessert. It tasted as good as it looked. Can’t wait to go back!
