It was okay. Not impressed for the price at all. Ordered a medium thin crust margarita pizza. The crust was fantastic but they gave me giant tomato chunks and garlic with ricotta and no basil what so ever. Margarita pizza SHOULD be light tomato, chunks of mozzarella and basil(fresh if able). It was still flavorful, just not what it should have been or what I wanted. Not happy that is cost me $30 either. Probably not going back anytime soon. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I chose to eat at Pies Guys for their charbroiled wings. Being gluten intolerant, they've been great and careful to allergy needs many times before. I ordered wings and a salad tonight with the same allergy directions I always include. The wings were NOT CHARBROILED and only realized after I had consumed. I did not receive the extras I PAID FOR and the wrong dressing was included. What really upset me was the oily buffalo sauce that was dripping from the saturated brown bags and into my salad. I really enjoy the pizza here. The haddock dinner is pretty good. On Wednesdays a large pizza is 10$ which is a great deal. The garlic cheesy bread sticks are absolutely delicious and almost as big as a large pizza. The BBQ wings are good! It's a bit pricey to eat here but usually worth it. We ate in,on a Saturday night. He said it will be 40 minutes for our food. They were super busy with orders. Dinning room was empty. We got our food in 25 minutes. It was fantastic. The pizzas had just the right amount of sauce. The doe was great, and the wings are meats and had a great taste. I live on campus at suny Oswego, and I understand that it gets busy at night with all the orders, but I shouldn’t have to wait 3+ hours for cold and undercooked wings and a cold/hard pizza. Back home I live in a college town smaller than oswego with a campus just as big with more people and when I order food from the ONLY place in town the food gets to my door in at most an hour and 45 minutes. This is my 4th time getting cold food and FOOD POISONING from this eatery and won’t be ordering again and will tell my friends to order from a different establishment. I ordered some boneless wings without asking about the sauces. My wife and daughter didn’t like them. Even though it was completely my fault, Chris was awesome. He removed the unwanted sauce, fried them again, and tossed them in honey barbecue. I got a hot fresh box of wings for my girls who loved the honey barbecue. You guys got a happy customer. Thanks. Everything is hit or miss here. Sometimes the staff is helpful, sometimes they act like you are bothering them. Sometimes the food is great, sometimes it's not. Even the prices are quite different from day to day with specials and full price food.
