Pretty good food. It's not amazing, but that's not the point of the place. The atmosphere/decor was nice and somewhat unique, and the service was excellent. The chicken panini sandwich at lunch was excellent, and I loved their house dressing for the salad. They are open for lunch M to F from 1130am to 2pm and then close. We don’t have an old Spaghetti factory in KCMO anymore. Was so excited to go while in town for a conference. The service was great, as well as the fresh bread and Spumoni for dessert! The presentation was awesome for my Chicken Marcela, the pasta was salty and dry from the dry cheese topping, was okay not as good as I was expecting. My husband had the spinach tortellini and liked it, was noodles covered in alfredo sauce. Wanted some really good Italian food and it was mediocre. The best part was sitting in the trolly car! The visual presentation of the dishes were perfect. The actual taste was mediocre. The calamari did not have any seasoning but was cooked better than most places (meaning that it wasn’t saturated in grease). The pasta noodles had a good taste but I had barely any sauce. My salad had all wilted, brown lettuce that looked like it came from a bag. I couldn’t even eat it because it tasted old and I didn’t want to get sick. I was generous with my rating because our server was very nice and attentive. He definitely carried our restaurants experience on his shoulders. If the service would have been bad, the rating would have been a 1/5. We came on a family night before our show so the meal was pretty expensive. I would expect mid level meals at fast-food places but not a sit down family restaurant, known for their dishes. We won’t be back. We had a party of 11. Came for my mom’s 84th birthday. The worst service we ever had. We had to ask for a everything—straws, napkins, bread plates, refills on all of our drinks. All the dirty salad and soup plates were ere still on the table when dinner arrived. My husband got up to ask the girls at the hostess stand for plates—they said they would tell our waiter. Another 10 minutes and still no plates. It appeared everyone who worked there just didn’t care about anything. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food here was fantastic! Our server was great and dessert was included in our meal. My main entree, the Spinach Ravioli was delicious and the salad dressing was it’s own unique ranch style. Terrible experience tonight! The wine, salad and bread where great! Sadly our entree was terrible! I told my husband how great this place was and tonight was a let down! We ordered lobster crab ravioli and it was cold! Both plates! Also the sauces on them where different as well! Major key down! The manager was rude when we told her we didn’t want anything else and never came back to our table after saying she would! 3 hour drive for disappointment!!! Poor server was speechless! Freddy our server went above and beyond to make us comfortable, he was fast and friendly and gave amazing recommendations for my first time experience. I was mind blown about the amount of effort he put into the service for us. Truly amazing, he really cares about the company and creating a wonderful experience that I crave to go back for. Great food and great service, everyone is very kind and friendly. It is an older restaurant so expect an older crowd, but overall there is lots of cool things to observe while having your meal. I had the chicken alfredo, minestrone, and a house salad and all of them were delicious. Definitely try the spimoni, you wont regret it. I have nothing but great things to say about this location. Friendly staff. Great food. Clean location. We came in at end of the day almost closing time. I was expecting servers to be a bit irritated we came in so late but I saw none of that. The waiter and other staff was very friendly and waited on us with professionalism. They brought over refills as we waited and went on like normal business without trying to rush us. I was very pleased with our experience.
