I drove past this charming coffee shop in the middle of nowhere but made a U-turn and was glad I did. Krystal is the gracious owner who makes all the baked goods from scratch. I had a fresh from the oven cherry turnover, a latte, and took a brownie and cinnamon roll to go.
Kai is the best! We always drove through Hudson and we finally stopped in and now it is a favorite place to get a delicious sandwich. BLT with egg is the BEST! Thanks Kai.

A friiend’s cousin, Kristin, owns the place, and I love little local places like this, especially when visiting my hometown from the east coast. Was told to have chicken salad on a croissant, which I did, with a cup of chicken peanut soup. Quickly
1-cute place (looooots of parking [hudson way joke])
2-clean, happy place with a little things to buy from local creators—Kristin was working and she’s a doll
3-the soup was great, interesting spice, inventive use of boiled peanuts. Comes with piece of rye toast
4-I’m a chicken salad lover, this was very close to perfect. No odd seasonings, perfectly cut bite sized chicken, not too mayonnaisey. Came on a croissant ciabatta sized roll which was an excellent match. The lettuce (rocket) and winter hot-house tomato was extraneous—maybe a chunky tomato salsa or homemade ketchup? but didn’t take away from the Sammy.
4-had aa lemonade and iced tea, simple and well prepared.
I’d usually review two items, except my mom had the same thing! The price was cheap comparatively, could raise prices (but DON’T!)
I’m here for another week,, hope to go back!

They have the best bacon egg and cheese croissant breakfast sandwich here. They cook other stuff as well but I've been stuck on the breakfast all day. Rhe woman behind the counter is always smiling and very nice!
Krystal is wonderful at what she does. You have to try the smoothies! Any of them really, but for sure, the Honeydew! I am OBSESSED with it! It is so rich and yummy! Her sandwiches (such as the Turkey bacon and avocado) are delicious. There is also handmade jewelry and arts that you can buy. It is a cute little place with tons to offer!
We wanted to try the chicken salad, but they were out. We thought to try the soup, they were out. Settled for a sandwich, could have made our own several times over for the price. Lunch meat from the store.
