I have been to Thailand several times and this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in Pattaya. And the service attitude was super excessive. When the room was opened to me on the first day, I opened the quilt: Picture 1 (there were still things left from sex on it), and then the slippers: Picture 2 (so dirty that they were moldy), and I asked the front desk Then they moved me to a room (no toiletries, and the room had a strong smell). Because I booked a room for 3 days and asked for a refund for 2 days, they refused to refund me because the manager was not available. I was in a foreign country and didn’t. The only option was to endure it. When I left the hotel at noon, I asked the front desk to arrange cleaning. When I went back in the evening: Picture 3 and Picture 4. I asked the front desk and they said that the cleaning staff was off duty. I had no choice but to endure it. On the third day Pretending to make my bed, it was really ****ing disgusting. The hotel room is very small and the space is small. The key is that the smell is very strong. There are bars around the hotel. Don't even think about going to bed before 3 o'clock in the evening. The environment is dirty and messy. If you tell a lie, you are not a human being. I hope that friends who read the comments will not step on the trap again!

What a find! Our W&R Pro members are going to love this spot. I grabbed a room at the Globe last weekend and was blown away. Located on an alley directly off of Soi 7 ( no road noise ). This completely renovated hotel features beautiful rooms, rooftop bar, great WiFi and the best customer service we have seen in a hotel to date! The Globe hotel is a beautiful oasis in the hart of Pattaya. The hotel has a perfect location with a stunning sea view. You can relax in the jacuzzi on the roof top bar, and watch the sun go down. The staff is very service minded, and you get this luxury feeling as soon as you open the front door and walk in to the reception area. The beds are fantastic, and they manage to keep out all the sunlight from the curtains. Despite the location, the room was totally quit. I slept like a baby. I would like to mention that this hotel provide with a very fast internet and the possibility to watch Netflix. To sit and enjoy a cold beverage on the balcony, watching the the sun set was a wonderful experience. If you planned to book a hotel in Pattaya, look no further. Christian

Highly recommended: Completely refurbished building, super stylish rooms with lots of LED design lighting, and a very friendly and accommodating manager. The sea view rooms have a great view of the beach at a cost / night that is below anything else on beach road featuring a view like that. Many mirrors in the room, free Netflix and finally a place where they do room cleaning in the afternoons, not mornings. U can definitely feel the owner actually thought thoroughly how to implement the design of this place. Refreshing and not common in Thailand. Finally as I arrived by car they courteously paid the parking fees for me at the public parking opposite of the building. The only minus is the party noise from the bars around until 2am each night, but that’s to be expected if u rent a place in that area.

High spec boutique hotel that's central and guest friendly. The rooftop spa is amazing for sunset (or at all hours we found haha). Service from Bella and team is second to none. I'd love to see an included continental breakfast and some items free in the bar fridge (as everything costs in mini fridge) given the price per night. Not sure how people here feel about fine dining but it doesn't appeal to me. I couldn't see an in room food/services menu, be nice to know what's available during your stay. All in all this place has great potential with some minor tweaks. Oh and no lift, so be ready to exercise 😅

The hotel is upstairs in a rare bar in Pattaya, very quiet. The rooftop terrace can see Pattaya Jomtien Beach. The location is excellent, but maybe the hotel is new, and many people who take a taxi don't know it. It is necessary to set the streets around the hotel as the terminal location.
