Being a new visitor to Cambodia I found this restaurant a great comfort and place of respite! Anna was so friendly and helpful and we enjoyed her explanation of converting this space into a beautiful sanctuary as well as providing health conscious patrons a delicious meal! Thanks! The Fringe is a must try in Battambang. Very comfortable and beautiful atmosphere that continues into the natural beauty of the courtyard. The lamb pita, chicken avocado pita, Dirty Farmer bowl and pizza were at the top of our list. The presentation of the food, the flavors, and knowing that it was healthy as well, really rounded out the meal. The outside courtyard transforms at night, and is a great place for games with friends or a quiet date. The staff is top-notch. Don’t miss this place! From yoga to craft beers, this place has something for everyone! Excellent food menu (even got takeaway for my onward journey), genuinely friendly, hospitable and knowledgeable owner. The menu is labelled for vegan/gluten-free and will provide you with healthy “clean” eats, in a Western style. Because of this you might spend a bit more than usual but hopefully will be satiated like I was. There is a small yoga studio upstairs which may interest you. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

5 out of 5, just spend a wholesome morning at The Fringe, did yoga in their upstairs studio, which is lovely, and then had an amazing brunch. Hannah (I hope I spelt it right), the owner is amazing, so welcoming and let me stay as long as I needed. Cant recommend this place and yoga studio enough, instagram them if you want to book a private lesson, thats what I did, and were so flexible 😊 Service Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Un restaurant agréable avec une partie à l’extérieur et une à l’intérieur. Le menu propose des salades, pitas, burgers, hummus, granola bowls, peanut butter bites, café… - tout ça sans sucre avec plein d’options végétariennes ou végétaliennes. Le service est également parfait. Et il y a des super cours de yoga à l’étage avec une professeur anglophone. The Fringe is situated in the heart of Battambang and is my favourite restaurant in the city. The menu offers a wide range of fresh and delicious meals using high-quality ingredients. The food is impeccable. I can’t pick a favourite meal, because I love them all! The decor is stunning and the atmosphere at night is especially beautiful. The waitstaff and the owner are also very thoughtful and attentive. I always make sure to eat at The Fringe when I’m in Battambang. It’s such an enjoyable experience. The Fringe is edgy and fun yet bound by a tranquility thanks to its' delightful courtyard garden, that can't help but leave you feeling relaxed. The food is next level delicious and with their continual additions to the menu, there is no end to my favourite choices! The kind of cafe that would be quite at home in Melbourne but has still nailed Battambang authenticity. Seriously, go check it out. No photos but the new Khmer range is exciting. I tried the curry. It was beautiful spiced and flavoured. Might have to pop back and try the rice sometime. The food is matched by the ambience and the courtyard is a pretty spot to while away an hour or two. Anna's team provide great service and as the temperature climbs are always topping up the water to keep you happy and hydrated. This is by far one of the most amazing places to stop and be refreshed by healthy food, great conversation, properly made cold brew, and sweet last bites! Ingredients are all clean and high quality. Anna is very well connected to the local culture and is influencing the city in such a positive way!
