The Cove Live Seafood is located inside the Bluewater resort. It takes quite few minutes to walk to the restaurant from the front door of the hotel.
We ordered a grilled lobster, fire baked prawns, tinuwa clams, and oven baked oyster with spinach. The price is quite expensive, we spent about 15000 peso including the desserts and drinks. Still, it is quite worth it and we could said that is the biggest lobster we ever had.
The desserts were also great and the waiters were being professional and nice. Definitely would recommend this place,

Truly fine dining seafood restaurant with selection of variety of seafood. The view of the bay is romantic at night and breathtaking in the day. The service is attentive and helpful. The food is delicious and done to perfection. Our favorite was by far the conch in the shell. The cleaned a couple of the shells for us to take as souvenirs.

Ate dinner here twice in a row as we wanted to taste everything. Food quality, presentation and flavors are exciting and fresh. Something you would expect dining in Europe. Excellent service. First time staying at Bluewater Maribago. We have been told the same executive chef is overseeing all the three properties, Sumilon, Panglao and Maribago. If you are a foodie and don't mind paying, would highly recommend this place.

Nice ambiance and friendly staff. Pricey but once you put the food in your mouth you’ll know why it’s all worth it. Seafoods here are SO FRESH and was cooked into perfection that the meat eater in me made me question myself as to why I’m not eating seafood that much.

Our lunch at The Cove was an experience to remember as we feasted on the ocean’s best amidst an awe-inspiring backdrop of clear blue skies and dazzling azure waters.

It can be the best and moste luxurious restaurant around i paid for 1 lobster 6500 php and didn’t get anything exceptionnal.
Think twice before coming to the hotels restaurant .
Good atmosphere, very cozy. I got there by almost 10p.m. so they were closing up. But the staffs were kind enough to fix up a Mango a la mode for me. Very very nice service and the sea breeze gently blows your worries away.

scallops - good,
clam broth - ok,
Tom yung soup - really good,
crispy fish - ok but not a lot for the price,
key lime pie - terrible rubbery eggy could hardly taste lime didn't finish it.
