Poor Customer Service and Disregard for Diners.
Our recent experience here left us deeply disappointed and frustrated. Despite being in the midst of enjoying our meal, we were abruptly asked to vacate our table to accommodate new customers, without any prior indication of reservation status.
While initially enjoying the ambiance of the restaurant, the abruptness of our eviction tainted the overall experience. The lack of consideration for our dining party was evident as we were made to feel like an inconvenience rather than valued customers.
The service we received was shockingly poor. Not only were we asked to leave our table prematurely, but the manner in which it was handled lacked professionalism and courtesy. It was disheartening to see the staff prioritize turnover at the expense of customer satisfaction.
Although the food itself was decent, the rushed and uncomfortable atmosphere overshadowed any enjoyment we might have had. It's difficult to savor a meal when you feel unwelcome and hurried.
The most frustrating aspect of our experience was the lack of communication regarding the table's reservation status. There were no signs indicating reserved seating, and no staff member informed us that our table was needed for other patrons. This oversight reflects poorly on the restaurant's management and further exacerbates our dissatisfaction.
Overall, our experience at this restaurant was marred by poor customer service and a blatant disregard for the comfort and enjoyment of diners. We left feeling disrespected and undervalued as customers. Unless significant improvements are made to prioritize customer experience and communication, we cannot recommend dining at The City Banquet & Restro

Ordered hot coffee but it was served as cold, maybe they wanted to benefit us with the cost of cold coffee.
When complained, they didn’t care and i had to pay full amount.

Beautiful and cozy. The view is Amazing. The food is very good. And they are open to ideas for better services. So keep this up and this restaurant will be top in chitwan. Even has banquet that can fit 100 peoples for small parties and functions. And since it is very beautiful, pictures clicked here comes very nice.
Today me and my wife went to this place, the food there specially the fries was really disgusting. We order drinks which was after 30 minutes in our table and wasn’t complete. We order 2 drinks but they bring only one drink and didn’t explain why there wasn’t another. I really didn’t like the service here. I refer you guys not to visit this place.
