Their seating arrangements are not at all satisfying ; little space between tables . As far as food quality and taste are concerned, I found quality as top notch and taste on an above average note. I have to admit that their service is of top quality, hands down. Loved how the waiter greeted with a smiling face and talked about a bit of their food items. It's not so cozy, but you can have a decent conversation with your date. Not recommended for hangouts with a close circle of friends or colleagues. Chocolate lovers can just get lost in world of chocolates there. Prominent place to have different chocolate menu as well fast food items and varieties of Tea and coffee items. Staffs are friendly and cooperative. Good place for kids and family. Prices are little bit high. Service Dine in Meal type Other

The food was really good, and the bomb was really awesome and a must try item. but their staff were not active, one time I had called one staff member and she just ignored me after looking at me. I had to go to the reception all the time each time I needed the staff. Service is 2 out of 10. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person ৳1,000–1,200 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

As much as I really enjoyed the place which has a really good service, very aesthetic decoration and also very good quality chocolate, I will say I was very disappointed with the pricing. Like yes I won't lie how good the quality of their chocolate was, but I definitely will say all of their foods are extremely overpriced. Good place for having deserts. Loved the environment. It’s beautiful and comfortable. Waffle here is amazing. Tried marshmallow waffle and loved every bite. Liked the sandwich too. The staffs were responsive and well mannered. Though this place is expensive, it’s somewhat worth it for having deserts. Parking facilities are available. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Certainly a worthwhile experience, the chocolate bomb with lava cake, the hazelnut granita, cafe mocha and even the mohitos, top class, even the staff especially Mr Robin so friendly its like he's your friend. I know it's a bit pricey but for the location,ambience and experience it's certainly worth it I'd say. Very enjoyable especially for chocoholics like me.

They are just fantastic and food quality is awesome. They are good manner as well. Though the price is badly high and need to work on it. One of the cleanest and finest decoration in the city. The light work is fantastic and people will enjoy a lot Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

We ordered a chicken garlic bread, grounded beef pizza and "thank god It's friday" (sundae). 5 star for the garlic bread. I haven’t had such tasty garlic bread for a long time. Found a hair in the pizza, they baked the pizza again and delivered it. The sundae had chocolate fudge, wafer roll, ice cream, whipped cream,chocolate syrup. The fudges neither felt good nor fresh. Very disappointed about this item. I thought desserts were there speciality. Lots of the items on the menu were not available. Service Dine in Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

One of the favorite food store for chocolate lovers. Good place to have different chocolate menu as well other items. They also have varieties of Tea and coffee items. Staffs are friendly and cooperative. But they take times too serve. Good place for kids and family. Prices are little bit high. Smoking area available.
