I purchased a Black Forest midi torte cake. Pre ordered to pick up. Unfortunately, the cake sponge was very dry and did not seem fresh. The sauce ontop had a very sour taste. Really disappointed in the cake we got for a birthday. Contacted the owner who proceeded to grill me with questions like I was at fault for a dry cake and half the cream came off the sides. Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t return which is a shame as we are repeat customers

I tried the new carrot cake today with friends, I loved the original and when I saw the new one with alot more cream cheese icing it looked amazing but the icing was not the same as the original and feel it does not go with the cake at all. Was extremely disappointed in the cake I got for my daughter from the pakuranga branch recently. Seemed like the decorating of the cake was rushed as when I arrived it wasn’t ready. Don’t get me wrong cakes taste beautiful hence why I’m disappointed. I also paid an extra $25 for an image to be placed on the cake which looks horrible had lines through it the picture was dark wasn’t even centred on the cake definitely not worth the extra cost. I tried cakes from lot of cheese cake shop mostly tiramisu cake. But last week i tried tiramisu from cheese cake pakuranga.it was one of the best tiramisu I ever had so far. Sponge was soft and fluffy , cream was fresh and so yummy.chocolate was perfectly balanced not less not extra. Absolutely divine experince. Hats of to your baker and your whole team. Keep up the good work guys 💯💯😀. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
