I bought the cheesecake but it turns out way too sweet and couldn't finish the cake. My friend also had the same feedback and didn't finish her slice either. Not sure how to review this but I asked for something nice to be written as it’s my mothers birthday, makes the cake look sad I asked is she can take it off or re do the writing. As I think this is not acceptable , hate been that person sorry guys

The best customer service I have encountered in a long time. The girl at the counter was friendly and very helpful. It took us a long time to decide since there was so many choices. Everyone couldn't stop talking about how yummy the cake was. Highly recommend!

I'm really disappointed with this shop. Our family have been loyal customers of the Cheesecake Shop for years and never had any issues. My fiance pre-ordered a cake for my birthday and on the day of delivery at 5:08pm we were notified that the store would not be fulfilling the order and the store was now closed. This left us in a mad panic to try and source a replacement last minute. Thank-you Cheesecake Shop BIrkenhead for your extreme lack of care and communication. It looks like this isn't the first time that this has happened either. If you want to order from here I would recommend pickup only. Service: 1
