Really good breakfast burritos! Nice portion as well and I was only able to finish half. Staff were really friendly. Quality of the food was amazing. You can watch them make your food. Tuesday 3/5/24 Lunch at The Breakfast Factory in Brea. Enjoying a smash burger combo. It is an authentic smashed burger with tasty lettuce, pickles, and thousands island dressing. Their fries are thick and crispy. Blanca and Sandra service staffs,were friendly and service with a smile to brighten customers’ day. Note to owner(s) & chef: make sure lettuce is dry if not after putting dressing, water tends to run down the burger and it get messy. I recommend this burger joint to try. It will be hard to find. First time here, The guy with the White hat,Tattoos and mustache at the front is super rude and condescending. As I waited in line I watched his impolite mannerisms rush the guest to order food and get out of line. When I finally got to the front of the line he looked irritated that i chose to have breakfast at this location. I tried to get his name when I went up to get my food but, he ignored me with little care. Distracted looking over at the other restaurants goofing around instead of paying attention to his duties. Chicken was very flavorful with a good amount of spice. Me and my friends were going safe and got the number 2 combo (mild), but it was not that spicy. If you enjoy spice don't be afraid to take it up a level. The fries were seasoned just right with their toast being very soft soaking in all the flavor from the chicken.
