We went there after an event with a decent size group. Reserved the booth, there was some miscommunication / misunderstanding. We showed up a little in the time we thought it was reserved, they had people already there. Stated we were too late… They offered to let us all take the room upstairs which was nice and large for all of us. Wasn’t as fun not being able to see the band. Our server up there was awesome. Maybe put a live feed from the band downstairs so we don’t feel left out. Good and drinks were good as usual. Server was very absent, forgot my drink when she did finally come by. Out of a group of 8, 1 plate was good/correct. Chicken fried steak was cold, a steak ordered rare was cooked well done. We were a group of 5 that arrived at 5pm for dinner before a concert. To call this an applebees level restaurant would be an insult to Applebee's. Our server was kind and funny but was only there to take an order and collect money. I think this a management decision and not our servers fault. Everything that was breaded or fried was frozen. Not that IQF food is inherently bad, but their choice to serve the absolute cheapest of those options is. Think school cafeteria. I ordered the Bourbon Gorgonzola burger medium - while the Patty appeared to be cooked around medium, the temperate of the Patty when I received it made me question how safe it was to eat. The cheese was melted to the bun but not the burger. The bottom bun was saturated with meat juice. No mayo, ketchup mustard, or sauce. I don't believe the bun was ever toasted. While the fries were cold I was starving and did eat them all. The rest of my table complained that: Baked potato was cold Mashed potatoes were cold Chicken fried steak was gross. Family and I decided to go here before the Hockey game at 7:05 pm. We arrived at the boot at 5:15 thinking it would be plenty of time WRONG!! It took 15-20 minutes to get our drinks another 25-30 minutes till our waitress came back to get our food order, during those times two tables of people walked out due to no one waiting on them for over 15 minutes. We needless to say were late to the game cause it was horrible service and food not impressive at all.. I would think they would be prepared knowing that a lot of people go there due to it being so close to the Arena. We have eaten their a couple of times now. Steaks and prime rib are great! Service has always been outstanding. We had Mekenzie once and Kiersa last time. Fish tacos are good. Hamburger menu is well thought out with good combos but meat could be better quality and are prone to catastrophic bun failure. Fries are just standard, would prefer home cut and crisper. I went to this restaurant wanting a baked potato around 6:30-7:00. Prime rib was the special for last night. oh yeah! Our little serving girl was wonderful, very upbeat and helpful. My meal was brought..... The prime rib and horseradish was just what I wanted. But my baked potato was old and not warm enough to even melt the butter. I was asked if I wanted another baked potato, I did. I was brought another OLD potato that was warm enough to melt the butter. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
