The food is absolutely amazing! Their gravy is simply the best! I love the biscuits, the chicken and waffles. They're caramel iced latte was so delicious. I couldn't put it down. The staff was very good at their job and a manager was super nice and everyone was very welcoming. I will definitely be back to try more things on the menu.

I have tried Big Biscuit twice. Both times I have not been impressed by their food. First time was breakfast. The food was cold, the biscuit was dry and they messed up my order. The second time I tried lunch. Their chicken strips were flavorless and small stringy bits of meat (see picture). The fries were decent but for $13 I expected a lot more. My wife did like the pancakes and the service was decent. But I do not plan to return.

So… they have an incredible breakfast. With some tasty specialty items. You definitely will want to pay attention to the times the place is super crowded. It can also be a little bit of a pain to find parking… Which should tell you that people live this place. I guess you could be on a diet and still eat here, but you will miss out on one of their most famous dishes! Come hungry!

We dined in, this morning. We've eaten at this location several times now. We have always recieved good service and the food is always on point. They get your order right and your meal always comes out in a timely manner. Fresh and served hot. I love their Chicken Fried Chicken and Eggs. It is our favorite off their menu. I would say it is the best chicken fried chicken you will find around Tulsa. Their gravy is also excellent. No one makes better gravy! The Manager always makes her presence known by coming by to see how things are going at your table. I don't know that she has done so, at every visit, but more than not. She and her staff are always friendly, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I would feel very comfortable with letting my child or grandchild work at this location. Our server's name on this occasion was Jaelyn. She did a very good job. She was friendly, courteous, observant, and extremely helpful. She kept an eye on our table and made sure the orders were correct. Out of the many restaurants who serve breakfast in the Broken Arrow area, The Big Biscuit, is our favorite.

Right off the bat, the host did not greet us. Nor really anything other than when she told us to follow her. Didn’t ask how many people we had just assumed it was 2. Food was okay nothing too special, iced coffee was pretty taste. Service was fast and I like that they had a handheld to pay our ticket. So we didn’t have to wait for them to bring the card back. Might try again. And hopefully the host actually greets us next time.

I ordered a two egg kansas style omlette and my wife ordered the Buffalo chicken sandwich. The sandwich and fries she ordered were great, but the omlette was not very good. It was very dry, and much bigger than a two egg omlette. Portion sizes were great, but I asked only for the omlette and was charged for an entire meal, when I chose not to get two sides. $15 for one omlette seems like a bit much, especially for the quality of it. Our server was okay, ignoring some of my wifes requests. Overall, I probably won't be back, but check it out for yourself. You might have a better experience.

Food was great our waitress was friendly, how ever me, and my family found it very displeasing, and equally completely unsanitary for at least three of the waitresses on shift to be walking around and in and out from the kitchen and serving guests with their long hair down and unsecured at all. Being that I was a server for 9+ years myself it was very disappointing to be in an establishment where management doesn’t enforce their servers to take the proper health precautions when serving food or being in a kitchen environment. Hopes that management or higher up will see this and get their staff in order
