There wasn't Good privacy for women 🤧, because of which it was so uncomfortable to eat there , as waiters were literally standing Infront and keep staring 🤦🏻♀️, we had ordered large pizza and wings, there taste was okh , but plats were not cleaned well 🙃 bad experience never going back there 🥲
and They had played such unpleasant music with high volume literally cause headache couldn't even enjoy food , at least keep the volume little low and have some good taste in music 🤐

I recently visited Al-Kaif and was blown away by their Crown Crust - the taste was superb! Additionally, the ambiance of the place was great, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I had the most disappointing experience with Al-Kaif Pizza Bite's home delivery service. I ordered their Deal Number 3, which was supposed to include two zinger burgers, five chicken nuggets, and a half-liter cold drink. Unfortunately, my experience with this service was a complete disaster, leaving me frustrated and unsatisfied.
First and foremost, despite paying the full amount for the deal, I did not receive the promised cold drink. Naturally, I contacted their customer service to report the missing item. To my dismay, the representative I spoke to seemed disinterested and unprofessional. After explaining the situation, they simply asked me to wait and abruptly hung up the phone, leaving me baffled and irritated.
Assuming it was a misunderstanding or a simple oversight, I tried reaching out to Al-Kaif Pizza Bite multiple times thereafter. However, to my utter disbelief, they started ignoring my calls altogether. This level of negligence and poor customer service is simply unacceptable.
Not only did they charge me for an item I never received, but their dismissive behavior and lack of responsiveness have left me feeling cheated and frustrated. As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of accountability and prompt resolution when issues like these arise. Unfortunately, Al-Kaif Pizza Bite failed to deliver on both fronts.
Based on my experience with Al-Kaif Pizza Bite's home delivery service, I strongly advise against using their service. Not only did they fail to deliver the complete order, but their customer service was rude, unresponsive, and completely dismissive of my concerns. I am deeply disappointed in their lack of professionalism and their disregard for customer satisfaction.
Save yourself the frustration and find another pizza delivery service that actually values their customers and provides the service they promise. Al-Kaif Pizza Bite has certainly lost a customer, and I will not hesitate to share my negative experience with others to prevent them from falling into the same trap.
