A bit expensive for Lanka but good food and a wonderful variety of breads and cakes to go. Better atmosphere here

Thakshila/Loop Restaurant is with good food.
their short eats/rice outlets are full of people with head full of air... but restaurant is a good place.
they have a good menu and nice staff. food is freshly prepared though their items may lack the originality of the dish name.
steam rice is not steamed and made. its just normally cooked rice.their beef kankung is yummy with mild meat and yummy curry.
their buns and chocolate/blueberry moose are price worthy and yummy.
they have a range of bread/short eat items just like the ones at bread talk.

loop/AKA තක්ෂිලා Restaurant has several brances @ magabage, kandana, weligampitiya etc, im usually going to kandana outlet, great wide range of dinner options available from 4 pm onwards, lunch also available, limited parking, only take away,cash &card payments accepted, dine in for short eats & sweets, good range of cakes, can have custom wordings on cakes at a fee,

Place is good. Food is tasty. But there were only sweet stuff when we went there. Still we enjoyed the wiskiriggna and gnanakatha 😊😊
