I normally love this place. Order delivery this time and huge mistake. Both the cob salads was missing the avocado, neither was very presentable, one had chicken that wasn't all the way done and the other had a nice glob of hair on it. Needless to say it will all be going back tomorrow and my stomach is 🤮for any food at all now. Service Delivery Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1

It was busy when we visited. The servers were kind, but the service was a little slow. It took longer than expected for the appetizer to arrive--even though we ordered it with our drinks. Our steak was a little overcooked, and our hamburger was a little undercooked. We were hungry, so we just ate them. The onion rings were tasty, and so was the queso with the pretzels. The restaurant was clean, and there was some upbeat music playing in the background. Ordered bacon cheeseburger. They forgot the bacon but quickly brought it out. The fish and chips were not of the quality expected Waitresses all seemed interested in chatting with each other. Understandable since it was not very busy. Food took longer to be delivered than expected. I visited this location with my husband because the one in our area has closed down and he use to enjoy their food. It was his birthday and since we were in the area for the weekend we were hoping to have a great dinner. Sorry. It was a disaster. We ordered mozzarella sticks for our appetizer and the came out cold with the cheese hard when you opened it. We asked for some hot ones and honestly they did come back out with melted cheese like mozzarella sticks are supposed to have. Sadly, I ordered a medium well New York strip steak and it came out overly well done (if that’s an option that I wasn’t aware I could request)! The fries were cold and the waitress was upset because I asked if my steak was what I ordered. I assumed the order was mistaken with someone else order🤦🏽‍♀️ She said “no that’s yours”. This was the worst $30 steak and even worse meal. I honestly understand why this restaurant went out of business in our area because the quality of food and customer service has went ALL the way down hill! I’ll never take a chance eating here again. If you like cold, overcooked food, poor customer service then maybe you’ll be willing to dine here. Otherwise, I strongly recommend you avoid eating here because it’s horrible. Waiter was on top of things. 6 oz steak was prob the worst steak I've ever ate in terms of flavor. Potatoes and Broccoli were good though. Overall, decent but def won't order a steak from here again. It was an okay experience. Arrived around 8:45. Waited less than 5 minutes to get seated. Another 5-8 minutes to get greeted and place our drink orders. Two servers came to our table, and didn't know whose table it was supposed to be. Got our drinks in another 5-8 minutes, ordered appetizers and our daughter's kid meal. Then it just went down hill from there. By 9:25 we had placed our entrees. Long story short, we got our entrees before our appetizers at 10.... The server finally came back saying the kitchen had a problem. They ended up comping us for the appetizers, but the experience wasn't amazing. The server was nice and got us everything we asked for, but she was missing quite a bit. I don't think it was her section, so I'm not sure why she wanted our table. Anywho, the food was hot, and tasted well enough. It didn't seem like anything sat under the hot lamp to die. But our customization of the food weren't correct, so that was more time having to fix it. Basically a lot of time spent waiting here, and that's the shameful part. Def the one restaurant ill go to in the area as far as chains aee concerned. Our bartender Joey was super cool the other night. We were in for a late night and its nice that something other than WH was open. He had some great recommendations and we even stayed long enough for some dessert. Had a salad with salmon on it, my guy had a burger, and we got the dessert sampler (not actual name of dish) overall I'd keep coming here.
