This was a surreal experience for me considering how small the distance was, but how big the difference is between the place I used to eat in St. Joseph and having the filet with a hot cup of coffee on my way back from a business trip to Nebraska. I love their food, but we had a party of 9 people. With drinks, rolls and everything else on the table, there was hardly any room for the food. We had like 8 rolls left on the table, then the waitress decided to bring 2 dozen more; rolls coming out are ears. She should have asked before bringing more. Great food and service! We used the call ahead seating feature. Wait was 20 minutes. Order was taken quickly. Food was delivered in a timely manner with it all just as we ordered it. The stake was small and dry the waiter Lilly C was rude and cocky. Needless to say the girl acts as she doesn’t have any customer service experience. We waited for our meal for over 45 minutes this that we were the first ones in line. While everyone else that got there received their meals right before we got ours. She also got my husband orders wrong. When she would reply to us she would give us a cocky attitude. It seems as though she was a racist. We were there on Valentines Day. Not crowded, the waitress was very good. Ordered a steak meal. Steak was great,, salad was great. But my loaded baked potato was barely warm! 😩 Why wouldn't they check the temperature of the baked potatoes before serving them! We were kinda pressed for time, so I didn't send it back! Amazing service from the waitress by the name of "Madison". I gave her a 50 dollar tip. The prime rib was great. The wife's steak was grilled prefect to her liking. It was well worth the 50-minute wait. I do wish there was another place to wait for the table instead of out in the cold. Normally it's pretty good there, last time I ordered the prime rib, asked for medium to well. The waitress repeated the order. She brought me a raw steak, swimming in blood!!!!
