This happened few months back but it just crossed my mind to write down this review. HORRIBLE staff service. The supervisor was being rude to me and made my order wrongly. They lied to me by saying there is no Roasted Milk Tea but when I complained about it, somehow miraculously, the Roasted Milk Tea is available. Her name is Nur Adila, the Supervisor. She was rude to my sisters and even had the staff to laugh at me because of my requests on not wanting ice in my drinks. They called me and said no more roasted milk tea. But when I told them that it’s not fair for them to put ice in my drinks when they asked me to change roasted milk tea to signature brown sugar, they immediately said they can give me roasted milk tea. Huh?? Tiber ada roasted milk tea? Menipu. And with ice some more?! She was rude to me, it’s fine. But she was rude to my sisters that I had to go down and asked for my drinks that I specifically put in my order. I know it’s a freaking lie because guess what? I worked in Tealive! And we can be flexible about customers’ requests. No ice meaning no freaking ice in the drinks, you shake the drinks and pour it in the cup, with no ice. The customer knows what will happen when there’s no ice, it is basic common freaking sense. If yall wanna do straight like pembaris, better take out the “No Ice” option in your app. This store is a scam. I would like to express my disappointment with the service I received when I recently purchased drinks online. The staff did not call me and as a result, my drinks were not cool by the time I received them. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I would appreciate it if the staff could improve their communication and attentiveness to ensure a better experience for customers in the future. Thank you.
I ordered my drinks on web. Asked one of your staffs about my order and she told me to go to the cashier. I queued and waited half an hour for my drinks and your staffs didnt even call my number. Is it so hard to call your customers’ id/number? Even my cold drinks wasnt cold anymore! Disappointed! Experience (NEGATIVE!) Service Take out Price per person RM 1–20
Small shop but quaint in atmosphere. Has a few chairs and tables outside to wait out against rain. An okay place.
